Love the hotel, the location and friendliness of the staff. The front desk people remembered my name after checking in/speaking with them one time. I would only suggest to the housekeeping staff to make sure that all light bulbs in lamps are working while cleaning the rooms. My hall lamp bulb was burned out. I like keeping a light on when sleeping.

I had a great experience staying is this Midtown hotel. It was perfectly located for many weekend activities and all of the the staff were professional and courteous. I would definitely book a stay here again, and plan to on my next trip to Atlanta.

Close to MARTA from Airport, you can walk. Which is convient, in most of Atlanta you need a car. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The spa was also top-notch.

The Loews Atlanta is a pretty nice Hotel. The Rooms are spacious and clean. The Food in the Restaurant is good and above the usual Hotel-Restaurants. Painfully atrocious is the Spa, apparently not directly managed by the Hotel. Incompetent, rude and lazy. From the Receptionist to the Attendant.

The self parking is very easy, the evelvators are a little confusion at first. The workout facility is amazing, they are only missing a pool and outdoor sun deck.

Beautiful modern hotel in the financial district. Had terrible weather so can't say much about what is in walking distance except a fantastic local eatery called South City Kitchen. Both hotel and restuarant a must try.

Room that I booked was not the room I was given. Front desk staff never called me back to correct the situation. Room didn't get cleaned until I called down to request someone come up and clean. Lovely room and hotel however service varied greatly between staff members. Some staff were great, others were quite condescending almost to the point of rudeness. If you are in your travel clothes (e.g. jeans and jacket) you receive lesser service from some staff, than you would wearing your business suit. The hotel was very nice. The room was across from the ICE machine which made a loud noise all night. The bathroom was not very clean. The beds and overall room looked very worn-out. I was also told when i booked this by Expedia that I get a VIP room. When I asked the hotel they said all the rooms are VIP rooms. Very disappointing for a Lowes Hotel

The King Superior wasn't at all superior, in my opinion. The rooms were smaller than I expected. There was more bed than there was room (which could be a gift and a curse... nice bed by the way). The toilets were really close to the wall, making it very uncomfortable. The showers were really narrow. I guess it would have been okay if I was trying to […] get my hair wet, but since I wasn't it was less than comfortable for me. For as high as we were from ground level (Level 20), we could still hear everything that was going on downstairs and outside, which made it very difficult to go to sleep. We attempted to get a night cap and we couldn't not get service. We waited by the bar for about 20 minutes and no one came to serve us or even acknowledged us... we ended up leaving. I think the bar tenders were more so trying to remain friendly to the people that they were already serving, rather than serve new people. Several people left. On another note, our room service guy (I think his name is Irvin... He served room 2037 @ approx. 9pm on 12/31/2011) was the nicest. He was really friendly and made us feel welcome and that we could ask for anything. I wish my stay would have been grand, but I cannot say that it was. I expected more from The Loews. Read more
