This is a very nice hotel within a short driving distance to several restaurants. We went for the Surprise Community Christmas Lighting and Party. The Community Center & Park are right next door to the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a great hotel. Rooms are new, with complete kitchens. I had never stayed in a hotel room with a dishwasher before. This is right next to the ballpark where the Rangers and Royals have Spring Training. Oh, and by the way, they have a full breakfast buffet every morning. 5 stars!

The hotel is very nice, laid out well and the hospitality is above average. The breakfast included in the rate is good, and the staff kept the area picked up and the food fresh and available. Overall I had a very pleasant stay.

Staff not quick enough with replenishing food, utensils. Coffee, etc. shower not hot enough; otherwise room was very nice; would stay again if in the area but would ask management about hot water prior to booking. (took 2 showers at different times of day and same situation)

We had a golfing reunion with old friends sovwe rented 3 rooms. Everyone was surprised at how naive the rooms were and how friendly the staff was. The resort has a really nice pool and the complImentary breakfast was great!

The amenities were very nice - the fire-pit lounge and pool area; the Manager's Reception and Breakfast area - plenty of seating for everyone!The Breakfast food was plentiful, what was supposed to be hot was hot and what was cold was cold. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very secure in the room and the surrounding area of the hotel itself. I thought it was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had a lot of variables. Will definately stay there again and will recommend it to anyone.

Very nice Hotel/Room would stay there again should it be necessary. One suggestion would be to offer more drink type items for sale, of course with refrigerator in room guess could go buy some versus purchasing at hotel...Complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was generally very clean, and the breakfasts and evening meal were great conveniences. For some reason our room was not cleaned on the last night of our stay - so no clean towels or bedding. By the time we returned to the hotel that evening, it was too late to get service.

Absolutely the best Residence Inn that we've stayed....Our "apartment" was beautiful! The kitchen was complete with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and all the kitchen utensils you need.. Very nicely appointed, very clean and brand new condition. I also loved the fireplace in our room!

My parents were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and there was no room to stay with them. So, 5 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and we had plenty of room, a very clean and quiet room. Every employee I encountered was helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay there again. Breakfast had enough options to keep everyone happy!

Very nice hotel with every amenity, and it was lovely to have a great pool outside. The breakfast had lots of options, hot and cold, coffee, etc., all day. A snack bar in the afternoon also great. Temperature control was perfect and reliable. I judge hotels by things like that, as well as the extremely comfortable bed with lots of good pillows.

This is a great place to stay for any length of time. We had a two room suite featuring a King size bed and two flat screen TVs The accommodations were both beautiful and spacious allowing one to unwind completely. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was immaculate. The morning coffee at the free breakfast bar was drinkable. (I am very picky about […] my java) The staff was both friendly and useful. The management must have something on the ball, because staff this good does not fall out of a tree. There is not doubt that we would stay here again. We stayed at the Residence Inn in Suprise in mid-January for 7 nights. The rooms were very nice and very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good, however, if you are not an earlybird, you may miss the breakfast. I would definately recommend this hotel.

This Residence Inn is lovely from the attractive lobby to the studio suite we stayed in. We were delighted with everything. We only stayed 1 night. The studio suite would be extremely comfortable for a longer stay. Randy was at the desk when we checked in. He was most helpful. Breakfast was good. This hotel is new and the rooms are nicely furnished with full kitchens and kitchen equipment. We stayed only two nights, but one could stay there for a month very comfortably. The area is not terribly interesting, but we were there visiting my boyfriend's family.
