"All rooms are joined"
I checked into the hotel and thought everything was going to be great with how friendly and fast check in was. As soon as I got to my room the blinds lifted and revealed the middle levels of the parking lot across the way. I could pretty much wave to the man walking towards his car at eye level with me. I called to see if they could change my room but was told I would have to wait until the next day. To make matters worse the room was joined and I could here everything in the next room to no fault of theirs. After trying to drown out loud neighbors until 11pm I called again to find out if the hotel can change me to a non-adjoining room but was told all the rooms were built to adjoin. And just when I thought it couldnr get any worse they didn't have room service available that night. Neighbors stayed up til 1 and started up again after the casino at 4am. Checked out the next morning and requested a refund which they did grant for me to Change hotels. Never again

"Good Location, But That's About It"
Greeted by a very eager marketing person who was very excited about getting us over to the welcome desk for our fabulous welcome package. This was simply a ploy to induce us to take part in a 90min presentation for a time share. When we refused our "welcome package" you can just see the disappointment on their faces. Besides that, the electric went out so we had a choice of waiting it out in our room or taking the emergency stairs, 8am wake-up call when I didn't request one (and have the associate argue with me when I didn't request it.), and general lack of customer service.

"Good but helpdesk needs to be more friendly"
some lights did not work, also the water wouldn't drain well from the showers. also we had some extra charged put on our bill for valet service that we did not use and neither the internet service, had to haggle to take those off. they said that they couldn't send out paper bill to our room which we found ridiculous. also they seemed less than flexible on the checkout times, unlike other places we have stayed before like Paris and Wynn.

"Good family hotel"
Came here for a bachelorette party as this was formerly the PH Tower, we figured it had more space than staying at a room in PH. Yes, that is true but it actually was not that convenient to walk through the mall to the strip. With that it is not as convenient for say a bachelorette party. However I would recommend this hotel for families who may want a smoke-free environment and have all the amenities in their room.

had to go back three times for check in if you get in before 4 your lucky unless you want a lessor room, then there are the timeshare people not as bad as the ones in front of some of the casinos but not something I wanted to deal with one phone didn't work one TV didn't come in washing machine kept overheating

"Nice hotel in the middle of the strip."
Loved the view of the strip from our room. Great shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in the Miracle Mile just outside our lobby. Sorry we only had one night to stay here. We had a two bedroom suite, which was spacious, clean, quiet, and well appointed. All we were lacking was in room coffee. Guess they wanted us to use the Starbucks in their lobby. (and it worked). Parking was free and very convenient. Pool was beautiful.

"Clean Awesome Hotel"
I loved that I never felt overwhelmed with lots of people around us. I loved that we didn't have to walk long for the pool. Checked in in less than 5 minutes. We will definitely be staying here again

Great stay. Business trip so would have liked if they had a spa to relax before my meeting. Only thing to do is hang out at pool. Shops are cheap except for a few so nothing exciting. Not ideal for business stay.

"Just below a Five"
Elara was awesome! Too perfect to put into words. The pool was amazing and not too crowded, the hotel itself was like a hidden gem. The only thing that keeps this hotel from being five star is the amount of time it takes room service to come and clean and get new towels to you. Other than that I have really not complaints. The bed was the comfiest hotel bed I've literally ever stayed on. Definitely my destination for a hotel the next time I come back.

"Great rooms / not-so-great front desk."
Hotel accommodations were great! Front desk left a lot to be desired. We were given the impression that because we used a "third-party", we would have no say-so, or choice, if we did not like the suite. We would have to keep it regardless, sight unseen. They would not even give us the complimentary bottled water that they gave others, due to our Hotels.com booking. Never mind that fact that we are Hilton Honors members, we used a "third-party". We didn't realize that the Elara penalizes folks for using Hotels.com. Once the Elara's manager stepped in after our initial disgust, things started to improve. We were given a great suite, with a magnificent view.

Usually my friends and I enjoy staying at Elara. However, this stay was dissatisfactory. Our receptionist asked us which view we wanted and she gave us the opposite view of what we had asked. Then our room's bathroom light wouldn't turn on time after time. We asked to have someone come up to our room and the mechanic did not fix the problem. We asked a second time but no one came up. Next, our comforter had a brown stain on it. Gross. Lastly, we found big brown stains in our towel. Could have been past blood stains. Who knows? Why didn't they just throw it out. Disappointing!

This hotel was smoke free which is nice. We stayed in the King Size Suite. It had a mini fridge, microwave and toaster so it was helpful to have some food around. There is a Walgreens with food and drinks that is close. The room was average on the cleanliness. It was not sound proof at all where the rooms adjoin to another room. We could hear every word the people next door were saying which was not enjoyable. For the price I would stay here again but it definitely had some drawbacks.

i booked a 2bedroom suite for 2 nights for a surprise birthday celebration for my partner.the room was huge, it was awesome but there are stuff that needs attention.i called the hotel to ask what i need for me to use the projector screen to show my own compiled videos, the lady ive talked to was so rude,seems like she was annoyed.. she wasnt able to help me with that question at all. The next day, we noticed in the second room there was a lot of water dripping from the curtain [probably from the above floor]. We used the microwave but it couldnt heat our food.

We stayed at ELara for 3 nights. The hotel location is great and the rooms are decent however, in this time and day it is hard to believe a hotel does not have wifi for days. I had a lot of work to complete but no WiFi was available throughout our stay. And even worse is that the staff and managers were not very nice about it and would completely ignore your calls and messages as if you have no right to even ask. Also, the AC would blow straight in your face and head al night long. Other than that it is a decent hotel.

The only issues with this hitel really is the checkout is at 10 am, but the let stay at the pool if your flight is later, $9.99 daily internet BS, please don't pay to any hitel for intwrnet this most be free, the cell phone reception is bad in this hotel. "08/15 weekday, great stay loved it"
stayed at many different hotels all over vegas and I have to say this is the bang for your buck. advice is book ahead of time and take advantage of the non refundable rates. come out alot cheaper. the 1 &2 bedroom suites are amazingly great. I won't ever stay anywhere else while visiting vegas. the receptionist at check in didn't look too happy looked as if just talking to her was bugging her. would ignore any small talk. I was only trying bc of the akward silence. I didnt even wanna ask for a higher floor because she seemed as if she would've gotten mad. better staff would be nice but overall the hotel is great.

Arrived very early on a Friday morning. No rooms available for check-in, so we dropped bags off and walked around the strip. Great location. Walking distance to Forum shops at Caesars. Not a casino hotel, which was a nice break from the rest of Vegas. Pool was boring. No lazy river, water slides, etc. Room was decent sized. Kitchenette was a nice touch. Would stay again of price was right.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The first two were wonderful, however on the third night (Sunday) the people next door were having a party and were very loud and the music was loud. We complained to the management 3 times, the first time was around 1045 PM. They were quite for about 15 minutes and then were very loud again. We called the front desk again at 1130 PM and was connected to the security and they said they will take care of the problem. They were quite for about 15 - 20 minutes and again they resume yelling over a loud music. At 1230 AM, we called the front desk again and was connected to security, I told security that we have complained previously and the neighbors were again very loud and that it is getting ridiculous and we need to be asleep because we have to catch a 7 AM flight. They remained loud until probably 2:30 AM when I finally fell asleep.

Great location.Great room space.Washer/dryer a plus!Kids had a blast in the pool! They spent all day there.Not one issue whatsoever.Other families there as well. Food and drinks were pricey for the quality, especially for Vegas. Parking is tricky, but it's free.We park in upper levels of the mall parking.No issues. Definitely would stay there again.Have stayed there in two separate trips in past few months.

"Off Strip hotel with On-Strip convenience."
Being connected to Planet Hollywood is great. Very convenient for food and shopping without stepping into the Vegas heat. However not quite as family friendly as other Hilton Grand Vacation hotels: no DVD players available and no roll away beds! Pool music is loud and you will hear it in the morning if your room is on that side. Otherwise it's a good place.

"Best deal on the strip"
We have stayed here before and its consistent with their customer service and cleanliness. Great front counter staff and cleaning staff. You get gorgeous accommodations without paying resort fees since its technically not on strip. Very centrally located. Love it's right over the mall....everything is right there!! Recommend to others every chance I get.
