Good value for the money. Not a luxury hotel by any means -- simple linens, small room -- but clean and safe. Hotel is located about 2km from Stary Rynek (Old Town Square), which is walk-able. Front staff is friendly and helpful.

We thought this little place was the perfect balance of casual comfort and convenience. We were there during some lovely early fall days, and it was so great to have windows that opened and outdoor space. It wasn't so posh that I felt I needed to dress up for breakfast, but the food was top notch. Unless you need a lift/elevator I would recommend this place without reservation.

This hotel was amazing for the price. It was more like a $150 per night place. A little bit out of the way, but worth the travel. The restaurant was great. The food was very good and the bar was open late. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the hotel had the conveniences of being within a 10 minute walk of a main tram line, had Wi-Fi, had a decent enough restaurant, and was comfortable enough. What it lacked was the sort of quick willingness on behalf of the staff to provide quick and good service. The servers at the restaurant were extremely slow - and when I'd ordered Lithuanian Borsht, received noodle soup (as if I couldn't tell the difference) Depending who was on duty at the desk, I received either superior and ready help from a fellow who spoke very good English, or with some less skilled with English, received a reluctance to acknowledge my presence. On a week end I returned to my room at 7pm to find that some fresh towels had been supplied in the bathroom, but the room had not been cleaned. I ended up changing to a new room because somehow they were not able to get the room clean. For the most part, however, it was a good experience - but very variable service as compared to a good hotel in the US.
