The room was clean. Door to room had no chain on it. rooms are super tiny. Bathroom door had no handle on it. Other than that it is a good hotel for a decent price. Staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant and bar right there which is convenient. Beach area behind hotel is really nice. I would stay here again.

I stayed here about 3 years ago when a visitor to PR and swore I'd never give them a dime of my money again, but now a PR resident living on the Western coast of the island, decided on a 2nd chance for the convenience and cost of a last minute reservation in San Juan/Condado. My purpose was merely a place to crash for a night out in San Juan, so my […] only real issue and a potential issue for many was a non-issue for me. I have to admit I was pleasantly shocked - the renovations turned out very nicely and the oceanfront bar and restaurant and lobby all look fantastic. The room was fine but you cannot control the AC at all and it is constantly blowing cold air. I mitigated most of it by tucking a towel over the vent. The real issue is that it's extremely loud from the bar downstairs (I was on 2nd floor facing Ocean) and next door, even at 2 or 3 AM when I got home. However, like I said given I was out most of the night myself I passed right out and it never affected me:) It's something to consider when staying there if you plan on sleeping early. The rooms are extremely small which was ok for a 1 night stay. I did not have hot water at all. It is in a great area of San Juan. My issue was checking out. My flight was a 7am and so I decided to leave at 5am to take the rental back and in time to catch the flight. The cashier was extremely slow and in the middle of checking out it started to rain, […] so he stopped and started closing the sliding door instead of finishing checking me out. Horrible!!!!! The hotel was not bad, it was very clean for a older hotel. The hotel is right on the beach and near many other resturants and shopping. I only thing I didn't like is you have no control over the A/C in your room and that there is a night clube across the street that plays loud music pretty much all day. Though conveniently located in Condado, San Juan, the hotel was extremely noisy. Tiled hallways echoed every door slam like a shot gun blast throughout the night. Loud neighbors roamed the halls at night talking and laughing (big 2" gap under door) and someone was dropping things on the floor above us, which had us awake most of the night. To make matters […] worse, there was no hot water in our shower the following morning before our 8 AM flight to Culebra! We canceled our return- trip stay. If you are looking for a good night sleep in a comfortable room, avoid this hotel at the moment. We had an ocean front facing the beach and heard their bar downstairs playing music late into the night and many people partying. This would have been ok had I been able to shut my window or turn on an airconditioner, but there was no AC so unless I wanted […] to be in a hot sauna, I had to have the windows open. I politely asked the front desk to move me to a quieter room and they claimed they had no other options nor could they guarantee me a quieter room another evening. No apology or even motion to improve the situation was offered so I went to Walgreens and bought ear-plugs. These didn't even cut the noise so I STRONGLY urge you NOT to sleep here UNLESS you like disco music and loud drunks as ambiance noise. The bar staff is nice and the renovations they appear to be doing are very nice, but BEWARE! I'm not a difficuolt customer nor do I think most people are . Pay a little more and get the comfort and quiet you deserve! Until this hotel puts in AC and figures out how to provide theri guests with a quiet night to sleep! Read more

The hotel management and staff were most helpful during my stay. There was remodeling being done during my stay for the high season. This did not affect my pleasant, enjoyable stay in beach front property located in the hub of everything. Looking forward to my next stay at this hotel property!

Front Desk Guy is a bit acidic, but in the end he was kinda charming. Room was freezing cold with no way to control temp. Big gap under the door. Bartender was sweet, drinks were cheap n tasty. For the price and location, I say yes for a short term stay, lot's of defects.

My buddy didn’t like this place (“I have to sleep in a twin bed!?”) but I thought it was fine. They are in the process of remodeling the lobby so there is a lot of construction going on. The beachfront bar was always dead. My room was clean, however - newly remodeled with TV, telephone, and a nice bathroom (shampoo and soap dispensers are in the shower). I […] was charged extra to park my car in the hotel. The neighborhood can be a bit dodgy at night so the hotel locks your car up for you. This means that you have to double-park the car on the street, run in to the clerk and get him to let you in. The hotel does have some eccentricities. They only allow you to take one room key, which may be inconvenient if you are sharing a room. There is a sign that only registered guests may visit the rooms. And the do have WiFi, but only in the lobby. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Stairs from the bar lead right down onto Condado beach. The hotel is equidistant between a lovely Marriott and the magnificent La Concha Resort. I could afford neither of those but I got to stay in the same neighborhood and swim on the same beach. No tiene accesibilidad para Los impedidos ni rampa para subir. El elevador no esta en condiciones para ser utilizado y no se como pasa Los permisos. Las habitaciones no cuentan ni con jabon para banarse. Es un bochorno para mi haber llevado a mi pareja a ese lugar.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt oder Partyleute geeignet. Hotelzimmer sehr hellhörig. Schöner Strand und unmittelbar zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Auf der zur Meerseite zugewandenden Terrasse befindet sich eine sehr schöne Hotelbar auf welcher man bei leiser Musik den Tag bei einer leckeren Pina colada ausklingen lassen kann.
