I came for a weekend with my wife and son for a tiger game and zoo. Upon arriving we were one hour early and the person at the desk was rude and told us we had to wait until three. When we got into our room the comforter was filthy and the television was full of static. We had arrived early, before checkin which was fine however when we finally returned, over an hour after checkin, our room was still not cleaned. Customer service was pretty poor and I would not recommend a stay.

By far the best motel experience. I have never been to a motel where all the staffs are so attentive and friendly. The room I stayed was very spacious and well-maintained which came with a jacuzzi in the bed room. Very quiet and fairly clean. This place is worth every penny you pay.

Room was small but clean and comfortable. Service was terrific. The lady in charge of breakfast even made my waffle for me!! She was very accommodating and eager to please. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is a bit off the beaten track but actually closer to I-75 than it appeared once you figured out how to get on and off the interstate. Area was quiet and safe. Only restraunts within walking distance were White Castle and Wendy's. Elevator was out of order which for 3rd floor dwellers was […] a bit of a problem. Enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was that the bathroom door looked like it needed another wiping after somechild with dirty hands opened and closed the door. A white door shows all kinds of finger prints. The breakfast was good plentiful.

The hotel room was adequate. The look was appealing and seemed quite nice compared to others I've been in when traveling for business. The tub didn't drain well and I didn't appreciate standing in that much water while taking a shower. Otherwise the stay was pretty good.

i booked online not knowing where this was, but it had a good price. We were visiting the Henry Ford Museum and it was within a decent distance. The hotel was smelly- i wished i had a bottle of Febreze! there were actual dirty footprints on the wall next to the bed, a sticky spill mark running down another wall, and general dirt on all walls, the pool […] is nice but the room needed painting badly. The kids wanted to try out the whirlpool- and so did my husband and i, but the water was very cloudy and gross so i steered them away. The pool was over chlorinated too. We stayed only because we didn't have another option and it was only for one night. Won't go back. The desk clerk was nice but when i mentioned a different room she said she couldn't help us. We got there at a bad time. The modet was resurfacing the parking lot. So we had to work around that problem. Otherwise the only problem that we had was the hallways need to be updated. The carpet looked very worn. The rooms on the other hand were great, They looked like they had just be redone.

unfortunatly i was diappointed with the condition of the hotel. upon entry to my room the door handle was falling off, peep hole falling out, frig was ticking, and the furniture tops had visible outlines of dust where things were sitting. The cold air return in the hall looked like it had never been cleaned. There were also a couple of guys selling […] ribs and mac and cheese out of the meeting room, which when i went out and got some ice cream were talking on the phone and saying business was so slow due to people not buying food from the hotel. The sauna was broken, lights were broken over the spa(a shock hazard), poorly repaired drywall patches on the ceiling that was never painted and the large window by the pool looked out at backyards and worst of all 10 years of trash build up is what we had to look out the window at. I have never been in a comfort inn in which things were so dirty, unmaintained, and unprofessional in short i was very very disappointed. Read more

I stayed here bc there were good reviews and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. Although the hotel is nonsmoking, my room reaked of stale smoke when I arrived. I opened the window and noticed the screen was broken and barely hanging on. The carpeting clearly had not been vacuumed in some time. There was also garbage on the floor behind the […] desk. I didn't both to request a new room, as I figured it wouldn't be any better. The neigborhood was also sketchy, but it's close to downtown Detroit. Brand new building. Clean rooms. 2 Queen beds. Top quality bathroom. It is rather far from Dearborn downtown and Fairlane town center. Nice free breakfast. The neighborhood is mixed middle class residential and commercial.
