Verudela Beach & Villa Resort - Pula

Great price for a beautiful location. 1 bed & 1 foldout bed that was perfect for family of 4. Safe in room was big enough for passports etc. The staff was very helpful & the front desk always gave me a quick response. We first arrived and the room was clean but the curtains were hanging down broken from the ceiling in the 1 room, called them and they […] had someone out to fix it the next morning. The only thing I thought was annoying was after ordering on here I thought I was staying at a hotel and not an apartment rental. When I called about not having the room clean after 3 days I said we just needed towels & the front desk sent the chamber maid to change them out, day 4 asked about toilet paper and they said guest receive 1 roll of toilet paper & a change of linens/towels only every 7 days, so we would need to go buy our own. 1 roll for 4 people a week, LOL. I would of liked to see something on the website advising this. The entire peninsula was bought out by a larger hotel company and they now run all of the different hotels with 1 reception& no guidance to get there so if you go, stay left & don’t go towards the hotel. It is peaceful & close to the beaches which surround the island. Small & functional kitchen. Satellite TV is German, CNN and BBC were in English but the kids still preferred German kids TV. The light house restaurant on location was preferred with great service and great food. Would stay there again and recommend it others, but bring TP. Read more

Great Hotel , great location . When booking through hotels.com there was a mistake in room location. I wanted a sea view but when I got there I got a solid wall view , very frustrating. Hotel manager helped us out and found a room which we wanted but we had to pay a little extra .

Yes, they do nickel and dime you for the little things, shampoo, extra toilet paper and AC. However for what you pay, about eighty USD or so you can't beat the views. The neighbors can be noisy and the insulation not the best and the whole area has a soviet style to it but again the convenience to the beachs makes up for it. Part of a large complex with various hotels, shops and self catering of which the Verudela Beach & Villa Resort was one. The villas were comforatble and roomy, but if you want airconditioning you have to pay a small charge at reception. We tried out the various hotels as well as the beeches and enjoyed them all. One night we had dinner at the main hotel (a fixed price, all you can eat), but this was school dinners at best. Nothing fancy, plenty of it, but nothing startling. Our apartment was clean and well-equiped. Our neighbours were very silent, so we had a good stay. Beds were comfortable. I think it is the most important thing where your apartment is. Because if it is near to the reception it is noisy and crowded and far from the sea. We managed to get a room with e sea view!. Absolute bliss looking out at the Adriatic. The resort was out of season so sometimes it felt like we the only ones there. All the Hotel staff spoke English which was helpful and they responded very well to our Croatian phrases such as 'havala' (thank you). Passe stor leilighet til 2. Fin beliggenhet med utsikt over vannet. Kort vei til resturant Plaza hvor de hadde god og billig mat, samt veldig hyggelig betjening. Rent og pent i leiligheten og bra med utstyr for selvhusholdning.

Nous étions dans un appart à l'écart (un peu de marche) mais propre et au calme avec la mer à 20 mètres. Le personnel est très réactif et règle tous les problèmes très rapidement sans poser de question […] (une ampoule grillée, une cuillère manquante, un billet d'avion à imprimer, une excursion à réserver, ...). Les croates, sous un premier abord un peu froid et réservé, sont charmants dès qu'on s'intéresse à leur langue et leur pays. folk som jobbet der er ærlige. Ting som ble mistet av gjenstene kom til rette. kjempe bra. MEN det var mye støy i basengen av de store ungene som lekte voldsomt ved å dytte hverandre i bassenget ol. Vekterne må være varsomme og si ifra at det er et slik sted andre ikke blir redd eller engstelig.

Härligt läge bland pinjeträd och cypresser med havet nära. Fina badplatser från klipporna runt hela ön. Lite trångt och slut på parasoller på de bemannade stränderna. Minus att de inte tog kort överallt. Balkongdörr gick inte att låsa och toaletten slutade aldrig spola. På det hela nöjd med vistelsen ändå.

Hotellialue oli sijaitsi aivan Adriameren rannalla, mikä oli ihana asia. Rakennukset ovat hieman vanhahteneita, noin 70-luvulta. Huoneistomme oli ihan OK ja sen sijainti oli oikein hyvä, aivan meren rannalla, joten uimaan oli lyhyt matka. Ranta oli pientä pyöreää kiveä, mutta se ei uimista haitannut. Pulaan oli hyvät bussiyhteydet, joten kaupunkilomailukin […] onnistui oikein hyvin. Pulasta taas Istrian niemimaan muihin pikkukaupunkeihin oli hyvät bussiyhteydet, joten jos halusi katsella muitakin kaupunkeja, niin se onnistui oikein hienosti. Selve leiligheten var grei, men det var ikke noe rengjøring av rommet i løpet av uken, vannsklien var ikke gratis, men ganske dyr. Svømmebasseng lå et stykke fra hotellet (ca 10 min for små bein) og en måtte betale for solsenger. Verudela Beach & Villa offers good and safe accommodation in a beautiful setting. The apartments are in a good condition and quite well cleaned (but only once / week). The service was ok, even though the male receptionists acting were unfriendly at times. Verudela "cape" is very nice with full of potential. The Sea is beautiful, but the beaches uncared […] and rough. You really need to watch your every step on there.
