Good place on a budget not far from the airport. A bit outdated but will stay there again despite the little things.

There were no water for 2 hours when I needed it most. The hotel boy provided a bucket of water after repeatedly called for water to attend my nature call. It was restored later. I wont stay here again.

I've stayed with this property from the days when it was Hotel Blue Sapphire which was run down and scary to where it is now - La Sapphire Airport Hotel - a hotel that's had some nice work done but seems to be showing a little too much wear. I've liked staying here because it's easy to find, they give you a free airport drop (note: not pick-up) , the […] water was always hot provided you flipped the switch on the individual water heater, the rooms were always very clean (at least that hasn't changed) and the rooms had been modernized and updated with comforts added. The last few visits have gotten progressively worse, this last being no hot water because the heater did not work (won't go into details, just trust me here), the toilet that would never stop, furnishings that looked as if they were taken from the old Blue Sapphire - all this after a long 15 hour flight. Continue to use this hotel on transits through IGA New Delhi primarily because it is an easy in and out without much effort. Not much to say about this one. It's clean, fairly comfortable, and must be fairly popular given the remodel that it had only a few (6 or so) months back that is now showing wear. Pluses are hot water and restaurant, comfortable and clean rooms, close to airport. Bad? Check in desk attendant - rude, very rude.

The service and reception were excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and immediately took action to remedy any problem (detached hot water hose in shower) that we encountered. The location is quite close to the airport, so if scenery is a must for you, look elsewhere.

The location is great-close to the airport. However, you have to wait over 30 minutes to be picked up from the airport and taken to the airport, too. Also, you only receive ONE way free. This hotel was dirty. It's a shame because it could be nice if it were cleaned up. There was visible dust on furniture in the hallway. My room hadn't been cleaned anytime recently. Formerly the "Blue Sapphire", this hotel has taken on more than just a new name. Renovations have been made and the room that I was given was in perfect order with new furnishings and fixtures. A comfortable, clean room at a decent price for the Airport Zone of New Delhi. Free Airport drop was a plus.

I settled the bill and paid for the cab to the airport with the understanding from the desk clerk that my ex wife would not have to pay anything more and that she would use their free shuttle to the airport. Bed had a hard foam mattress and a prehistoric pillow and whilst clean when married with the extreme noise and dust of the area and the aircon which even on its lowest setting was loud, led to no sleep - would have been better staying in the areas 45 min away where I had been than try to be near to the airport. The desk manager at this hotel will try to rip you off incessently. He is not helpful with any information regarding travel agents, money exchangers, sim card suppliers or even using local transport to get around. Instead trying to persuade the victim, into allowing himself ( the desk manager), to organise the requirement to his financial benefit. I […] tried to organise a one way flight to Srinagar by triing to locate a travel agent or internet cafe. The desk manager would not give me any information and insisted he organise the flight. He tried to gouge 8,600 rupees from me initially but after some arguing he brought the price down to 7,200 rupees. I had to leave that day and had no option since I could not compare priceing. I found out later, the real price was 2,700 rupees. I was booked to stay at this hotel on my return, but after my last encounter would never stay there again, even if a was payed. Instead booked another hotel. I spoke with the hotel owner about his desk managers attitude, but he showed little interest. Read more

Convenient location. Clean room and bathroom. I got one free airport drop off. Any additional drop off charges are twice the actual cab fare. Other issue is not well know to all cab drivers. Overall very good for overnight stay during transit.

Wouldn't recommend this place. It is only a 1.5 star hotel by anyone's reckonning. Upon check-in for three adults they wanted to place the third person on the floor. No cots, no pull out couch. This was unacceptable at a Delhi airport hotel strip at the rates quoted, particularly as they had 5 weeks notice of the requirement.There is no dining area […] except in the very small room. The hotel is clean and neat, but the free buffet breakfast advertised is not provided since the restaurant is still being built. I organised airport pickup as I was arriving at 3am - no one was there waiting and since my mobile battery was dead I had to get the police to help me, which was quite frightening. It is an airport hotel so not worth staying for more than a transit - the surrounding streets are pretty grim. I got and paid for a taxi from the hotel to a friend''s place on the first visit - they undercharged me they claimed and made it back by charging double on my next visit - that was a little annoying. Overall though, I would stay again but just be more savvy about arrangements. Instead of airport pickup which they charged 550 INR for - the next time I got the govt pre-paid service for 205 INR. 　値段につられて5連泊確保し、各観光地に飛行機でとび、また戻ってくるというパターンを想定して宿泊しましたが、大失敗、最悪のホテルでした。部屋は不衛生、ホテルマンは 詐欺師まがいの最低の連中でした、早朝のチェックアウトの際訳のわからない経費（200ドル程度）を請求され、カードは機械が潰れているのでだめ、領収証も出せない、そんな金ないと言うと、ATMまで行って来いと言われました。フライト時間が迫っているいることを見越して逆手をとる最悪なホテルマンでした。 男一人でトランジットに使うぐらいならいいかもしれませんが、女性は絶対に使ってはいけません、高い確率でトラブルに巻き込まれるでしょう。

Hotellet var mycket rent och fräscht med indiska mått mätt. Dock kom det inget vatten i duschen. Det var mycket svårt att hitta hotellet för taxichauffören-jättedåligt skyltat. När vi skulle checka ut blev vi anmanade att betala skatt för vistelsen. Vi tvärvägrade- det ingår ju inte i hottels.com s koncept.

Das Hotel ist ca. 15 Autominuten vom Indihra Gandni Airport Dheli entfernt. Es liegt an einer Hauptstraße. Geht man aus dem Hotel links raus kommt die viel befahrene Straße. Geht man aus dem Hotel rechts raus kommt ein relativ armes Viertel und ist gerade für Alleinreisende nicht zu empfehlen. Das Hotel wird gerade umgebaut. Es exestiert kein Frühstücksraum. […] Man ist aber bemüht, den Gästen dasFrühstück ins Zimmer zu liefern. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Dusche war kalt.
