It was fine, execept we didn't get enough bath towels, and we didn't get any hand or wash cloths. TV no remote or we couldn't find it. Coffee was good. The clerks were friendly.

It was clean, very clean in fact. When we asked for things like extra pool towels and a blanket, the staff was very accomidating. Breakfast was hot and... good, kids enjoyed their stay as much as we did. I have stayed in some very upscale hotels and the service was much better AND you get breakfast and a free drink Monday through Saturday if you are over 21. Check in time was 3 p.m. and I arrived to check in at 3:05 p.m. They asked me to come back later because my room was not cleaned from the night before. The room was mediocre, not bad but nothing great. It was adequate, but it's very disappointing to arrive after a long trip and not be able to get into your reserved room right away.

We really enjoyed our stay. This is our new Red Lion stop on our way to the Oregon Coast. It's very clean and a well maintained property. The check-in was simple and easy and the staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Thank you. : ) At first the bed seemed almost too firm when we laid on it, but we all had a very good sleep. Woke up refreshed […] and ready to go. Just a word of caution, the mapquest directions are wrong so make sure you call the front desk to get directions. They did not inform me about how to connect to their wireless, which is not named similar to the hotel, had to call the front desk after check-in. The person checking me in did not al all seem interested in being there to help and was very dismissive when I asked about the internet connection. The TV had about 200 channels programmed into it but only about 50 of them had actual broadcasts on them. We got in from our travel around10am, and I decided to just check in and see if they could call when a room was ready. I was informed that there was no early check ins unless I wanted to pay an extra $50.00. I come to the Tri-cites often and have always been able to do a semi-check in, exchange of information, and either have someone call me or told […] to call after 12:00pm or so, to see if something was available without any additional charge. It was enough restriction and lack of customer service to just stay somewhere else next time. I arrived at 1:00pm exhausted after driving 6 hours. I tried to check in early and was told sorry we are doing our "audit"... whatever that means. Really enjoyed our stay. When we needed something from a pen to a pair of scissors they provided. Only thing we wished they had was fans in the bathroom and cribs.

No free drink tickets like other reviews had stated, but overall a nice place to stay. Breakfast was good and the staff was pleasent and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the rooms come with a nice flat screen tv. The hotel felt like a bargin comepared to others in the area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and hotel was clean and sharp looking. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast was good, much better than most hotels. I love happy, smiley people, and they were that! We were on 2nd floor and it was quiet.
