The hotel has been around for at least 20+ years. One can see that it's old but it isn't run down. The rooms are comfortable but do need refurbishment. Hotel staff are pleasant and efficient and speak English. Food in the hotel is good.

It was a well located hotel near amneties. The balcony is overlooking the beach. Clean hotel with friendly staff. However, buffet breakfast was quite disappointing. Not much of a variety served.

We have a pleasant stay at the hotel with a lot of facilities and convenience. The location is so strategic which is near the seaside and within 5 minutes drive to the city centre.

the restaurant should made it bigger... every morning i have to wait for my breakfast..because there's no places for me to enjoy my breakfast..and attitude of the restaurant worker is bad...i dont like it..

A good value hotel on the NE coast of Malaysia. Ideal as part of a tour of Malaysia. Would probably only want to stay for a day or two.

The hotel is dated but is clean and quite comfortable. The only thing is the air conditioning is not cold enough in the afternoon. There is also a nice view to the sea from the deluxe room balcony. The breakfast is barely edible, but provide many selections. I like the fact that it is directly open to the beach so it is convenient. There is a nice swimming […] pool too! However I think the service should be improved. Although the staffs are not rude but they could be more friendly and work faster. Althing we booked two rooms together they failed to provide us side by side rooms. They even tried to put us to different floors, it is on requests that they put us intO the nearest room available which I think they should have done that in the first place. Generally I m quite satisfied with the price I paid for the rooms and the service we get. However there are certainly room for improvements especially on their service. Read more

離開巴士總站或飛機埸也有一段距離，要乘的士才可休閑到達。酒店房間頗殘舊，一日有三班shuttle bus，房間有露台及海景，但不怎吸引，好過沒有，下次未必會再來，因為附近什麼也沒有，要乘的士或步行約25分鐘才到比較熱鬧的地方。

not recommended especially during school holidays, had changed the room three times due to filthy and smelly room, need lots of improvement if they want to keep their clients, and front desk person should be more helpful

Nice stay at the hotel, dinner is nice, close to some restaurant, free shuttle to Chinatown. And we have left a pair glasses at the hotel room, they can found in 15 mins after we called and kept for us for 3 days. Only the room is a bit old.

We have used Kuala Terengganu as first place after jungle visit, so it was acceptable. Unfortunately swimming pool was not working and our room had a view on part of beach where city is building something big. Because of Ramadan also service has slowed down a bit. Anyway, it is still best in city, so who needs to stay in town, it is good choice.

家族で5泊しましたが、きれいなビーチに面したいいホテルでした。スタッフもまあまあでした。バスタブが無かったのと朝食がチープでなかったら最高でした。

Wir hatten das Hotel für einen kleinen Stopp während unserer 2-wöchigen Malaysia Reise sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Für einen kleinen Zuschlag konnten wir im neueren Gebäude übernachten. Mit Blick aufs Meer und grösserem, modernerem Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Reception war hilfsbereit undf freundlich, sprachen sehr gut englisch und gaben […] gute Tipps, wenn auch nicht immer ganz korrekte Angaben. Wir mussten die food stalls lange suchen, da sie nicht dort waren, wie uns angegeben wurde. Gutes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücks-Buffet, guter Service und schöner Strand sind ein paar Pluspunkte. Jedoch ist das Baden im Meer wegen den Strömungen mit Vorsicht zu geniessen. Mit dem Mietauto konnten wir gut die Stadt und ihre Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach erkundschaften. Da Durian Zeit war, gabs überall die interessanten Gerüche. Und Autofahren in K.T. machte auch Spass, da sie dort fahren, wie sie wollen... Man kann lange am Strand entlang spazieren, etwas für Romantiker, obwohl da ab und zu Müll lag. Das haben die Malayen noch nicht im Griff, Strand putzen oder Abfall recyclen. In den erwähnten Food stalls kann man für 3-4 Ringgit essen und mit ein paar Sätzen in Bahasa macht man sich noch mehr Freunde, da nicht überall englisch gesprochen wird. Read more

Hotel in una città che ha poco da offrire da un punto di vista turistico, Primula beach è un hotel con un buon ristorante (Anjung durante la nostra visita era chiuso per ristrutturazione), affacciato direttamente su una spiagga davvero poco frequentata.
