I was very impressed with my room. It was a single on the top floor, but extremely comfortable, extremely clean, and quite roomy actually. I had everything I could have wanted or needed, and my only wish was that I had planned for another night or two in Bath. The breakfast was just as good. I would recommend Oldfields to anyone visiting Bath. My only suggestion is that anyone coming from the train station with luggage, might want to take a cab, because the walk to Oldfields is uphill, though not too far.

Although the outside of the Hotel is not all that attractive and the reception not all that welcoming our room was more than adequate and the gorgeous... large fluffy white towels were wonderful. Tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits in the room - very welcome and the evening meal and breakfast were superb, all featuring local produce. The staff were a little pushed, our breakfast waitress dealing with clients leaving and paying their bills at the same time, but with good humour. We enjoyed our stay. the breakfast was good but marred by the experience over night and upon arrival. Upon arrival the receptionist who was multitasking could not find a key for the front door. Excellent hotel to stay at right in the heart of Tetbury. Very confortable with excellent restaurant, very good atmoshere and friendly and helpful staff. Wifi available as well. We would stay there again.

Went up for a wedding, the staff had our room ready early so we could change after our drive, reception very helpfull friendly and polite. Stay was very comfy breakfast the next day good plenty of choice's Overhaul stay Very Good
