The Riad was great but the neiborhood was not that good, It's really hard to find this place, there's no any sing at all and It was really scarry to walk from the place the taxi droped us off at 9:00 pm to the Riad, the only direction the taxi driver gave us was take this way and walk 300 meter straight but we found many little streets and got so confused till we found some kids and ask them for the Riad and 3 of them lead us tho the main entrance of the Riad, we pay them 5 Euros but they keep asking for more money. The service was just great, the brackfast was good, but after 3 days we had almost the same a lot of carbs and low in protein.

If you have stayed at Ibis before, no surprises. This hotel is about 6km out of the city center - perfect if you have a car and you've had enough Riads and the Medina - this hotel is in a quiet suburb. Room can be a bit noisy in the morning as the sound carries through the hall. Food was SPECTACULAR, we had two meals a day and even left the Medina to return to the Ibis because the restaurant was so tasty.

My husband and I spent 5 nights at the Riad Nesma, and we enjoyed our stay there tremendously - it is very close to all the sights in the medina, the staff was very friendly, and the freshly squeezed orange juice you had to start your breakfast off with was delicious - furthermore the staff served you a nice pot of mint tea whenever you felt like it - also a real treat. Considering that it is categorized as a budget riad, you get really good value for your money.

Location.
Located in Marrakech (Medina), Riad Dar Nabila is close to Dar el Bacha Palace, Majorelle Garden, and Ben Youssef Mosque. Also nearby are Almoravid Koubba and Djemaa el Fna.

Property Features.
The guesthouse offers a restaurant. A complimentary breakfast is available. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas. We stayed at the Riad for two nights. Very romantic setting in a beautiful old Moroccan townhouse. Neighborhood appears dodgy at first, with dark, narrow streets, but we felt quite safe there when first we got used to moving around in the Medina. Rooms are with windows into a courtyard but they are tastefully decorated. Food is expensive (15 Euro per […] meal) but well tasting. The local wine is pretty good, but also expensive (18 Euro for a bottle). It's much cheaper (and equally good) to find a local restaurant in the Medina. There was a mouse in our room. Getting there was a bit tricky. We had a company picking us up at the airport (free pickup was included with a desert trip we'd booked) and we were glad we did, even the local guy was lost and had to call a few times to find the place. The street seems a bit sketchy but once we'd gotten there and settled in, it was a beautiful little oasis in a busy […] city. The room was clean and nice, the terrace comfortable, the breakfast was perfect (croissants coffee butter and jam). Located within the Medina but a good 25-30minute walk to the main square. Die Dachterasse ist wunderbar zum entspannen und die Lage des Riads in einer sehr angenehmen Gasse am oberen Ende der Medina. Wenn man den Trubel von Marrakech erleben möchte, muss mal also einen kleinen Spaziergang auf sich nehmen. Alles völlig akzeptabel. Man muss das Riad allerdings finden - bessere Ausschilderung würder helfen. Parkmöglichkeit nur außerhalb der Medina auf öffentlichem Parkplatz (wir haben uns für den Parkplatz des Busbahnhofs entschieden, ca. 7 Min zu Fuß weg, wo wir zufrieden waren).

Vi havde 4 dage i Marrakech på denne riad. Selve værelset var dejligt - dog var der ingen dør mellem værelse og wc/bad. Morgenmaden var fin. Området var i den nordlige del af byen, og man skal være bevidst om at man MEGET nemt bliver væk i byen da der ikke er vejnavne mv. Vi blev flere gange antastet af personer som ville hjælpe mod betaling. Vi vil […] anbefale at man finder en riad tættere på Markedspladsen. Men selve riaden var der intet i vejen med. Read more
