This place was about half the cost of other hotels in the area and when we arrived we were upgraded at no cost. No frills but for the cost a great value. Except for not being able to connect to their wifi all other areas were were great.

We needed somewhere to accommodate six people and so this hotel was good value, added bonus was the pool (free pool towels available from reception) although there was an extra charge for the large waterside. A good base for both Qualicum Beach and Parksville.

This is a very quaint resort. We were remembered from the last time we stayed so they upgraded our room to a townhouse (two level). It had the same warm decor as the regular rooms. My cabin was so comfortable and roomy I wouldn't mind living there, and for the price you'd normally pay for a small room! It was right beside the river and just a walk to the ocean beach. The surrounding area was beautiful with all the amenities, it was a great place to stay!

This is a quaint resort near Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island. The room we stayed in was small but comfortable with a cabin-like feel. The beds were very comfortable. It had a good size TV and free internet. There was only a microwave for meals. A small fridge would have been helpful. The bath was cute with color towels rather than the standard white […] of most hotels. The floor was wood laminate and an area rug would have been nice. a nice basic motel with very friendly staff, the room was not modern but very clean. We stayed two nights to visit the area and i would recommend this quiet motel .People used to high class hotel pass your way !

We only stayed one night but it was great. The kids age 2 & 4 had a great time in the pool and playground. The bed were not that great but to be expected. It worked for us in the cabins with the open space in the middle for the kids to run around in Enjoyed our stay!

The locations of this hotel was great. The hotel itself was a little rustic, and had a somewhat interesting group of people staying there. Clean rooms with laminate flooring. Good hotel if you aren't expecting a 3-4 star hotel.
