Great location. Room was small but I hear that's very common in Italy. That small bug someone mentioned was a mosquito. My daughter who's lives in Florence said no one uses screens on their windows. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay again.

We loved this place. We didn't expect much, since the rate was reasonable, and it was near the train station. We had a room for three (my partner & I, and my adult nephew), and the beds were comfortable, the towels were nice, the room had AC, and the room itself was just gorgeous. The ceilings were tall, and the windows were amazing and had the ability to be closed to shut out light or sound, or both. The bathroom was in the room, and smelled a tad musty, but was a completely enclosed room, so one expects that sort of thing. The breakfast was quite lovely, with a view of the duomo on the balcony. Most of the items were pre-packaged, but there were also fresh breads, cheese, and a small selection of meats. We stayed here on May 19th for two nights. The first night, we were put in a small 2 person room with a tiny bathroom (room 138), because the guest before us had a bathroom accident in our room. But to rectify it, the staff gave us the best upgraded 3 person room with a balcony and bigger bathrroom the second night (room 123). The hotel was well priced, […] clean and convenient to the train station/all the city tourist sites. But, it is an older looking hotel. Like other reviews, look for the building number since the sign is hard to find. The lobby is on the 2nd floor. The rooms don't start using air conditioning until June 1st, so it can get a little stuffy without circulating air during this time of the year, but it was bearable. The internet connection in the rooms are good and free. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The staff was all very helpful, nice and spoke good English. They provided us a great sightseeing map, lots of tour brochures, mailed our postcards and even booked us advance tickets to the Uffizi Museum and a 1/2 day Accord Chianti Tour. They also watched our luggage after we checked-out while we did some more sightseeing. Overall, we'd recommend staying here, but which room you get makes a big difference. Remember there is a 3 euro city tax per person per night, which you have to pay at check-out in cash. This is common in all Italy cities. Read more

I was quite disappointed with the hotel. Though the staff were helpful and it was clean, the whole place felt a little run down. The wallpaper in my room was peeling off in quite a few places, and the ceiling lamp has at least one bit broken off. One of the main reasons I chose the hotel was for the free wifi. 피렌체의 중앙역 산타마리아노벨라 역에서 걸어 2분도 안걸리는 너무 가까운 곳이예요. 호텔들이 모여있는 골목이며 한밤중에도 사람들이 많이 다녀서 무섭지 않아요. 호텔의 스탭들 모두 친절하고 영어 잘하시며, 잘생기셨더군요. 아침 부페는 주로 빵과 치즈, 쥬스, 다양한 커피와 쿠키, 햄 등이 제공되는데, 화려하지는 않아도 다 맛있고, 깔끔해서 맛있게 먹었어요. 특히 영화에서 많이 보던 수동 엘리베이터 타는 느낌도 색다르고 좋았습니다. 방이 좀 좁은 편인데, 호텔의 천정이 상당히 높아서 답답한 느낌은 없어요. 다시 피렌체로 간다면 또 이용하고 싶네요.

일단 호텔스닷컴에서 본 사진과 평점을 바탕으로 괜찮을 호텔일 거라고 생각했어요. 근데 뭐 전반적으로 나쁘진 않았지만 방안에 있던 화장실 때문에 다시 가고 싶진 않은 호텔이 되었네요. 원래 하나였던 방을 둘로 나누면서 없던 화장실을 만든듯하더라구요. 화장실에서 하수구 냄새도 너무 많이 나고 좁기도 하고 좀 힘들었습니다. 안에서 물 내리면 밖에서 소리도 너무 크게 들리고...화장실 때문에 이 호텔 다시 이용하고 싶진 않습니다 ㅎㅎ

まずは、駅に近いことで電車での移動だった私達には大変便利でした。フロア毎に違うホテルが入っている建物だったため、看板をよく見ないと分かりづらいかもしれません。フロントの対応はどんな方でも良かったです。朝食のダイニングにはバルコニーにお花があって雰囲気も良く、パンやホットドリンクの種類もたくさんありました。部屋の設備も過不足なく、清潔で満足です。建物のエレベーターは旧式で、ある意味よい経験でした。ホテル前の通りは若干暗く人通りが少ないので、女性で一人の方は夜遅くには出ない方がよいかもしれません。レストランの多いエリアまでは少し歩きますがさほど苦ではないです。
