very very poor services conditin of room un acceptable as per the grade.Brakefast not up to stanard. Repetion of same brakefast .quality of food not good

We prebooked this hotel from the uk as our flight landed in trivandrum at 0430am.The taxi driver prebooked at the airport had no idea how to find it not his fault no one locally had no idea where it was and it took over an hour on arrival in kovalam to locate.The hotel is a good 20 minute walk .through a building site down steep steps to ground level.the […] journey back up very difficult.The price was very high compared to other hotels on the sea front.We felt extremley let down by the very expensive charges and would certainly not recommend this hotel due to the location and rip off prices no wonder it was empty. die bewertung muss natürlich im kontext der allgemeinen Unterkunftsbedingungen in Indien gesehen werden. Die Sauberkeit des von mir benutzten Zimmers würde jedoch auch den Vergleich mit einem Vier- Sterne-Haus nach internationalem Standard nicht scheuen müssen.

mit diesem Hotel. Man wollte uns zunächst das schlechteste Zimmer andrehen, lag uns offensiv mit Aryuveda-Behandlungen in den Ohren, reagierte dann unverschämt, als wir beim Hotelarzt keine "Consultation" vereinbaren wollten -> ah, so you don´t care about your body .. usw,usf. Expedia sollte sich von diesem Anbieter trennen.

Close to the beach and yet so far. The hotel was nice and clean but was in a boring area. The road to the beach was difficult and sometimes right creepy. The reception staff spoke poor English. Roof restaurant was not something to boast about. The menu was boring.

私たちの滞在期間中は、ホテルの改装(増築?)中のようでしたが、工事中の横をすりぬけていく階段を使うと、海までの距離は徒歩10分程度でした。 ホットシャワーはレセプションに頼むと、バケツに汲んであつめのお湯をもらえるので、海で遊んだ後に集めのシャワーが欲しい場合は頼んでみてください。 クリスマスには、ディナー代として参加するしないにかかわらず、一人500Rsとられてしまうという規則には少し疑問が残りますが、今後サービスが向上することを期待します。

Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel car il trop en travaux pour l'instant et le service est nul a part le cuisinier qui est compétent .Ils doivent encore faire de gros progrès sur le service avant de pouvoir représenter la qualité de hôtels.com .
