Overall the stay in this hotel was good. There are some things that they should improve, for instance, the Wi-Fi signal did´t reach to our room, breakfast was pretty bad but for the rest it was a very decent hotel and good value for money. It´s walking distance from the old town of Panaji and they have a travel desk that can arrange different activities in in-land Goa. It is a very good option to use it as a base of exploration for Old Goa and Central Goa.

The Hacienda was a great place to stay for a few days while in Goa. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and very nicely kept property overall. The only thing I'd change about it is the location - it's not that close to the beach. Luckily we had a car and driver for the day, and taxis are easy to secure, but there's no walking to the beach or any of the nicer restaurants clubs. Either way, the Hacienda is a great value and I'd definitely consider another stay again.

A very decent hotel. though a bit secluded from the beaches but beaches are pretty accessible from the same A very calm and pleasant environment with an excellent view of the lake and pool from the rooms makes it even more appealing the food is very good we had tried \only the vegetarian food which was good

We booked on-line and did get a small room, based on 2 adults with a 12 year old sharing! This was sorted very quickly, and in fact we agreed for a... little extra cash to have a far bigger room. Just be clearer than we were when booking. This is a small hotel, close to the beach, in an area of goa still untouched by loud beach bars.The staff were friendly, the breakfast included eggs and there was no hint of a rep. We were able to eat well in beach shacks, restaurants and relax around the hotel. If you need some luxury, walk north on the beach, lunch at "the plage" 20 minutes away is great. Closer is "le jardin d'ulysses", as good and half the price. This is a part of goa where people do yoga on the beach, paint on the shores, read books and catch rays (as in the fish).
