The room was nice, food had limited options but was good otherwise. Service of hotel staff was good. Live Music was very good.

Overall the stay in this hotel was good. There are some things that they should improve, for instance, the Wi-Fi signal did´t reach to our room, breakfast was pretty bad but for the rest it was a very decent hotel and good value for money. It´s walking distance from the old town of Panaji and they have a travel desk that can arrange different activities in in-land Goa. It is a very good option to use it as a base of exploration for Old Goa and Central Goa.

The Hacienda was a great place to stay for a few days while in Goa. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and very nicely kept property overall. The only thing I'd change about it is the location - it's not that close to the beach. Luckily we had a car and driver for the day, and taxis are easy to secure, but there's no walking to the beach or any of the nicer restaurants clubs. Either way, the Hacienda is a great value and I'd definitely consider another stay again.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt and it was just perfect with great customer service and extremely friendly staff! We will surely be back!!!

july 18th, booked for 9 nights but only stayed for 2. not hotels fault, ongoing medical treatment in area put back for 6 months. heavy monsoon season in colva, non stop rain for 48 hrs had to move find the sun. hotel let me use computer to book flight to bangkok. stayed at la ben 5 times in 2 yrs, basic clean and close to great beach but at the right […] time of year, don't expect the ritz, but for the price it is okay. will book again feb 2012.
