The hotel receptionist was great, she went so far above and beyond what was expected to make our stay easy. This hotel has a good location in walking distance to the major Roman sites, and has an associated parking garage one block over (this parking garage isn't the easiest to navigate, but the garage attendant quite patiently guided us between all the pillars). I would have liked the window screen on the interior space of the hotel in our room to have been removable to get more natural light, but this is a minor complaint.

The hotel provides good service, to include breakfast, parking, and guidance to close attractions and dining. It is in a good location that allows for walking to the main street, a few museums, and historical sites such as roman ruins. The room was well maintained and comfortable, and the buffet style breakfast provided ample local and traditional breakfast options.

What a great find. We were driving through and needed a great place for the night. It was in a creepy neighborhood at night so I was a little concerned till we arrived inside the hotel. Friendly staff, great bathroom tubs and awesome smelling bath wash. Since then I have stayed at 3 other NH hotels and love it!

Estuvimos a principios de septiembre. No funcionaba el mini-bar, Se habían quedado sin gel de baño. Nos pusieron en un primero porque las habitaciones altas no las tenían habilitadas por ser temporada baja. No podíamos dormir bien porque había un pitido muy agudo, supongo que el problema se habría solucionado si hubiésemos estado en una habitación alta. Da vi skulle sjekket ut sto de to samme chattrekjerringene der og presterte å bli fornermet og spydig da jeg poengterte dette. Møkkabetjening jeg aldri har vært i nærheten av i noe land.

Vi er kjempe fornøyd med oppholdet og det er et kjempe fint hotel. Det eneste er at det ligger litt utenfor sentre ol. men det er ingen problem hvis man leier bil eller tar taxi. Det er bra det ligger nærmt flyplassen. Kjempe bra service og fine rom.
