"Smile without service and Presentation without ..."
Rooms were smelly and the sitting room was claustrophobic with an opening into a closed drab backyard. Had no attendees at the gymnasium, which incidentally was well equipped. After two telephonic requests to housekeeping and a personal visit / request to the reception Towel and Water wasn't made available.
