Except for the hard mattress in our room, we had no complaints. Great location, outstanding views and wonderful breakfasts.

Amazing Location and Awesome Hotel Staff that are very knowledgable and helpful. Rooms are not lavish...but the views are! Awesome balconies are off each room as well! Plus.....the AC units work well! :)

The Lucas hotel is located in Thira the hart of Santorini, with spectacular views of the ocean, the volcano and the sunset. They have great balconies and terrace areas to sit and relax with a glass of wine. The rooms are traditional, nothing fancy but well kept and clean. For the price you can’t beat the view. The hotel got great view from it's deck. It is a little difficult to find. We backpack to Santorini, it is not too hard for us to get up and down the stairs,but for those of you are carring a suit cases, better use their services. Hotel has it's own restaurant, very nice service, good food and great view. There are couple of reviews mentioned the noice […] from the bar on top of the rooms, probably becuae I was there the end of April , not the top of the tourist season, it doesn't seems to be an issue at all, it's very quite at night. Plus the bigger the number of the room, the lower and further away from the bar, talk to the service desk to see if you have a choice. There is not need to take the shuttle bus from the airport, the bus is cheap and do just good. Because the shuttle bus can't take you right to the door anyway, the hotel is in the other side of the hill. The shuttle bus probably take your about 100 meter further than the public transit bus. 위치와 뷰는 매우 좋습니다. 피라중심에 있어 걸어서 어느곳이든 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다.또한 객실에서 보이는 뷰도 좋아 사진찍기 매우 좋습니다. 하지만 객실의 경우 침대는 매우 삐걱거릴뿐만 아니라 쿠션감이 너무 안좋아 잠을 자기 너무 불편했습니다.위층에 바가 위치해있어 소음이 발생하는건 감안하고 선택한지라 그건 문제가 되지 않았으나, 가장 기본이라 할 수 있는 침대 상태가 너무 안좋아서 잠을 자는 내내 불편했습니다. 호텔 리셉션에 음용할 수 있는 따뜻한 물을 요청했으나 비수기에 접어드는 10월이라 그런지 현재 근무하는 직원이 많지 않아서 뜨거운물을 갖다 줄 수 없답니다...정말 황당-_-갖다주는건 바라지도 않아도 마실수 있는 […] 뜨거운 물 자체를 구할 수 없다고 하니 그 말이 더 황당했습니다. 하지만 짐을 날라주시는 포터분이나 청소해주시는 메이드 분들은 너무 친절하셔서 감동했어요. 특히 포터분께 너무 감사했어요. 복받으세요~ Read more

（部屋の快適さの評価を下げた理由） 部屋に芳香剤を噴出する機械があり（かなり古い） これが10～15分間隔でプシュ！っと音を立てる。 時計と一緒になってて、夜は止まる様だが、気になる人は香りも含め気になる。 洞窟なので、換気など難しく匂いでごまかしているのかも。 しかし、洞窟は暖かい！外はパーカーを着てても寒いくらいだったが、中はＴシャツ一枚で過せた。

Splendide vue, mais attention aux chambres sous le bar !!! 2h du matin musique techno avec grosses basses qui résonnent dans toute la chambre. Même avec les boules Quies impossible de se rendormir avant 4h. Heureusement qu'ils ont finalement acceptés de nous changer de chambre pour la seconde nuit. Perfekte Lage des Hotels und super nettes Personal! Beim Check In gab es eine richtige Einführung mit Besichtigungstips und sonstigen Infos zur Insel und Stadt! Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher etwas entäuschend. Das Angebot war gering und uns wurde statt griechischem Kaffee nur Instant Coffee angeboten. Den griechischen Kaffee gab es nur gegen separate […] Bezahlung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hell. Die oberen Zimmer des Hotels sind unter der Bar/Lounge von welcher man die Musik noch im Zimmer hören konnte. Alles in allem ein super Hotel! Read more

This hotel is an excellent option whether you will be staying a few days or a week. Fantastic views, good service, good cleaning and in the center of Fira. This hotel is great value for money. We will definitely return to this hotel next time we are at Santorini.
