- HOTEL YEAR BUILT - 1963 The DeSoto Holiday House was established in 1963 and is one of the oldest hotels in the Bradford area. There are 65 rentable rooms each with full size beds and daily maid service. The hotel is small, clean and has a quiet atmosphere. It is located approximately 1.5 miles from the center of Bradford. The surrounding area is beautiful and scenic. The Bradford Regional Airport is located within a 15 mile radius. We offer seasonal outdoor heated pool and Jacuzzi. We also offer conference room that has a capacity of 50-60 people.

This place is a gem. Immaculate rooms. Friendly service. Spotless common areas. 2 nights for less $ then 1. Make sure to complete your time travel experience by driving into town (past the Zippo factory!!) and eating at The Beefeater. Oak panel 14' cealings, excellent service, great food. Dinner and drinks for 2, under $ you would pay for 1 in a comparable […] urban setting. The only fault I could find was that the motel parking lot could use some work. Read more

I wouldnt want to stay there longer than one night. My pillow kept falling over the edge of the end of the bed because there is a big space before the headboard and that was really annoying and didnt get sleep because of it. And the shower, there was no non skid anything in the tub and I had to be extra careful so I didnt fall. And when we checked in, […] they never told us what time was check out time and nothing stated that in the room so we had to made an extra trip to the front desk and ask. And the website never said there was construction at this hotel. All the lower rooms were under construction, and with my bad knees, I would have wanted to be down below instead of walking up a few flights of stairs to get to our room. it wasn't all that bad, we did enjoy our stay other than those details. This was adequate to our need for a place to stay for the night, the staff was friendly, and we were pleased that they provided a simple continental breakfast. The swimming pool was temporarily closed and the golf range was long closed and overgrown. They are making a valiant effort to keep it going but that's about all I can say.

Excellent accommodations for the price, including A/C, microwave, and mini-fridge. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. And it is located in the midst of a beautiful area.

Well the pic u see on the web page is not the room we got it is from the 70's. The front of the hotel is nice and the rooms are redone but if u get a room in the back the r not as nice, they r clean but a little scary!
