Great place to stay with a large party. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean and located on the beach. Did not love the restaurant downstairs that is not part of the hotel but breakfast is served there for hotel guests at an additional charge. Everything else was great. The hotel was located on the major street along the seaside section of Tel Aviv and we stayed for a Friday and saturday. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend staying on one of the higher floors. Our room was on the y floor and the area was active and noisy on the street into the early morning hours. The hotel is right across the street from the ocean. Even our budget room had a sea view. And the rate was more than competitive with others in the area. The location was an easy walk to lots of prime touristing and easy access to transit. Yeah, the room was small and so was the bathroom. But not oppressively so if you're a bit flexible and used to […] European budget travel options. Breakfast is next door and NOT the typical Israeli buffet. You order off a menu. But it's still waaay more food than most Americans are used to starting our days with. Decent fare, for that. Bottom line: If I go back to Tel Aviv for a vacation, I would definitely consider this hotel. I might opt for one of the larger rooms, if budget allows. Read more

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but that was the only blemish--and a minor one--from a very good hotel with an excellent staff that offered a very convenient wine-selling service. The hotel is just across the street from the beach in a central north-south location.

Upon arrival we were provided a room upgrade which we did never received. Even though the hotel has only 50 rooms, we were not checked-in to our room until past 4 PM (after several follow-ups on my behalf. Apparently the room was clean but the completion of said cleaning was not communicated to the front desk). Our luggage was not brought up to our […] room (as promised). To be fair, they did offer to have someone bring up the luggage after I returned to the lobby to inquire about where our luggage is...I refused as such action was (at that point) redundant. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was poorly designed as the shower made the entire bathroom floor wet. The curiously large medicine cabinet made using the sink awkward. The view overlooking the ocean was so terrific that I almost missed the wear and tear to the paint on the balcony guard rail and walls. I did enjoy the weight room which was equipped with enough machines and weights for a decent work out. Unfortunately, the equipment is need of maintenance. The cable for one of the exercises (Lat Pull Down) was functional yet exposed and needed to be re-covered. The Cardio-Machines also were functional but needed some aesthetic TLC as their logos were wearing...nothing some routing maintenance can't repair. Read more

The hotel itself if absolutely beautiful. I was upgraded to a suite and it was fantastic. In every way, this hotel is wonderful - from the moment I approached the front desk, the staff is ultra friendly and highly accommodating. The ONLY reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 for overall rating is that the hotel is located on the corner of an intersection […] and there was outside street noise throughout the night - people arguing in the parking lot next door even at 3-4 in the morning. That is not the hotel's problem but if someone is a light sleeper, they should be aware of the potential. Absolutely fabulous boutique-style hotel. The rooms were recently renovated and very clean and comfortable. Great location - very convenient and close to all important sights (either by foot or taxi) and several restaurants. Amazing breakfast at restaurant next door to hotel (included in our room rate).

Located on the beach and within walking distance of just about anywhere you would want to go. Front desk very helpful. The hotel was very clean and felt secure. I liked the idea of a kitchenette and found the hotel to be ideal for a long term visit to the city.

The hotel was excellentm from the staff to the rooms, especially those with a view of the Sea. Plenty of restaurants are nearby and Jaffa is only a 45 minute walk away, or a quick bus ride. Parking is limited if coming by car, but there's a lot across the street you can park in as well. Highly Recommended!

Located on the sea, Sea Executive Suites have exquisite king beds and pillows which were pure heaven! The lobby was so perfect, with cappuccinos, tea, or coffee and sweets any time of the day or night, and very welcoming to have visitors. Best value I've ever experienced in a hotel. Perfect location, right across from the beach, and within walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars & cafes. Also less than a 15 minute walk to Dizengoff Center Mall & main city shopping district. Hotel upgraded us to a 3-room suite, including living room/dining room with a long balcony with the most […] gorgeous unobstructed view of the beach, Mediterranean Sea. Also included two bedrooms, one with king bed and the other with 2 single beds. Bathroom not very large but adaquate with modern fixtures. Desk staff was unfailingly helpful and lobby very well furnished & comfortable offering free coffee, tea & cookies all day. Hotel also supplied free large beach towels and free WiFi. The one negative is that, for breakfast, guests have to go to a restaurant next door & are allowed one choice off a rather limited menu, included with the room. There is no large buffet breakfast so don't book this hotel if you want one. Otherwise it's a fantastic deal. Read more

This hotel was a great surprise. I was thinking I was taking a chance because the price was lower than others but the reviews seemed to be good. When we got there we were amazed. We had a two bedroom suite, one with a king and one with two twins. A large living area/kitchen combination. Best of all, a nice-sized balcony overlooking the Mediterranian […] - a fantastic view (not all rooms face the sea - I guess we got lucky). The balcony is off the living area with a full glass wall and sliding door so you get the view from inside as well. This hotel is right on Herbert Samual across the street from the beach - a 100 foot walk. The hotel provides beach towels with a tote. The room was very clean. The beds, pillows and linens all seemed almost new. Plenty of extra pillows, too. A TV in the living area and one in the king bedroom. The staff was fantastic. They helped out with everything we needed. On the second day the air conditioner quit but they had it fixed in a few hours. They have a nice fitness room and a laundry room (the cost for using the washer and dryer was kind of steep - 20 sheqels for washer, 20 for dryer but they provide the soap). The restaurant is next to the hotel and the breakfast (provided) is great. There's also a convenience store across the side street. Several great restaurants very close by. I can't say enough about this hotel - it was perfect and we will stay there again if we go back. Read more

The hotel offers beach towels to guests which is very convenient. The hotel has a nice lobby with a seating area and complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Concider this hotel; it is actually quite close to other "big" hotel networks, like Hilton or Crawn Plaza. It is a first-line hotel; the sea is jsut accross it - 30 meters max. Fresh sea air is free of charge :)

I stayed at the Sea Suites two separate times in June. Both experiences were excellent. The rooms are large, well appointed and clean. The facilities are excellent. The staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful both times. The only thing I would rate less than excellent is the breakfast buffet, which was certainly acceptable but not up to the excellent […] standard of the rest of the hotel. There is no big fancy lobby, restaurants or services, and so you don't pay for them. I didn't miss them and found this one of my best hotel experiences in Tel Aviv ever. Read more

There is a small issue with the noise level, Herbert Samuel is a loud street, 24/7, but definitely not a deal breaker.The big let down of the area is Allenby street from 10p.m to 8a.m. They should call it crackhead street; it smells like urine.
