Did not like being checked into a dirty room. Sink were not cleaned, hair and tooth paste all over. Dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower rod. Overall bathroom was not cleaned. They did move us to a different room, but still. Web site said there was long term parking when we got there front desk said was not available which costed us more money.

The rooms were very nice but we originally had two adjoining rooms with two double beds reserved since January.when we checked in we were given two adjoining rooms with king beds and it too about 40 minutes to check in. When our second party came to check in later, they were told that the staff had no idea where the first party were staying. Another 20 minutes or so later and two more trips to the desk we had the two king beds and requested two roll always and a crib for the kids. There was only one roll away available so one child had to sleep on the floor. Staff were accommodating the best they were able but it was a big hassle with 3 kids.

We stayed for one night so that we could pick up my niece who flew in from California, our experience was great! The pool was good a little cool but the kids had fun. Shuttle worked out great. Room was nice and clean! We would stay again.

I had not stayed at this hotel before. Usually we choose a Marriott so I was a bit hesitant. But I was really impressed. It was super clean and very comfortable. I will be staying at Baymont Inns any chance I can now. It has become my new favorite.

We were in an executive room which was a slight upgrade from the standard room and cost $8.00 more. The room was very nice, clean and had ample outlets for my many electronic gadgets. It is also close to the airport. I would recommend the room to anyone who has a need to stay near the airport. As with all of the hotels in the area, there is limited entertainment. The price of $89.00 with breakfast made the room well worth the cost.

Bottom line: No attention to detail! My wife made a reservation thinking that this would be a top of the line hotel for the money. The staff was friendly. But our room was only half cleaned and prepared. The shower had the last guest's used soap bar and personal shampoo bottle in it. The trash can was also full. We were moved to another room. This was better, but they just don't seem to have continuity, such as the coffee maker was stocked with ALL decaf coffee. (Not helpful for a 6:00am flight out of DIA). The thermostat required a key and shut off every hour or two, so my wife was burning up all night. However the bed was comfortable and carpet looked new and clean. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was wonderful. The guest services was very helpful with our needs. Would recommend the hotel to others to stay at. Close to the airport, shopping, restaurants. Downtown Denver is very nice with lots to see. Also can visit Pikes Peak from tour bus location which is not far from Hotel.

Quick overnighter on a long layover flight. Shuttle service was wonky and I had to make several calls, but the hotel was great. Fast, efficient check-in, clean room with a nice thermostat. Breakfast was adequate and easy. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time. I'd do it again if the circumstances were right!

The hotel is very close to the airport which is highly convinient for the late night arrival to Denver. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind and friendly. I would stay there again

Overnight stay at the airport before an early morning flight. Assigned a handicapped room which we did not need. The entire room was modified for handicapped guests (except the thermostat, which a handicapped person could not reach). We had to bend over to hang up coats and the bathroom has no threshold for the shower, so there is nothing to stop water from flowing all over the bathroom floor. (We placed a towel in front of the shower to minimize the water flowover.) Room was immaculate and comfortable otherwise. Would have been nice to be in a different non-handicapped room, or at least to be informed that our room was handicapped modified.

Waited 50 minutes at airport for the hotel shuttle, which is meant to come every 30 mins. There had been snow, but Denver should be used to that. It was cold waiting outside. The hotel is okay. Booked because of the price.

We were hours early but still accommodated with a clean and well-designed room. The clerk was most helpful with recommendations for lunch, etc. The room was clean and spacious with good functionality. The shuttle system was excellent with a bus leaving every half hour to the airport. Breakfast was a nice selection and very satisfactory. We were able to relax and enjoy our time there.

Stayed here before with no problems. This time it was different. Our key card worked initially. Didn't work the second time. So we got it re-keyed and along with a spare. Most hotels give you 2 keys. Not this one. Key worked but then the other didn't. They re-used the original keycard so maybe that was defective. Next morning we go back to the front desk to complain. Totally apologetic from the staff and get 2 brand new keys. The manager was standing by and questioned the desk person on just how did he key the new cards. Turns out he was using a procedure that cancels the first key when the second copy was made. Bad training. Free breakfast was very sparce. Rubbish can overflowing. No bananas, only bacon, no sausage. Limited choices. It's free so I really can't complain that much. But then... We left for the day on Sunday at around 10:30am. We returned to the room at 11pm. We discovered our room was not made. No towels, no soap. Head down to the front desk for the towels and their response is we'll send someone up with them. 30 minutes later, we call the front desk and get a "oh, he should have been there already". Mind you, there was no apology for the lack of service. I would have overlooked all of that with an apology. When we checked out, we were never asked " how was your stay?" Breakfast claims to start at 5:00am. At 5:30 when we went, they weren't ready. No eggs or bacon and the coffee was just being brought out.

My wife and I stayed here for one night on our way to the Rocky Mountains. The hotel is relatively close to the airport however we did not use their shuttle system. We rented a car which we recommend to anyone staying here as the hotel is about a quarter mile walk from ruby Tuesday and other restaurants. The walk is not friendly as there is empty land slots and little visibility. The free breakfast is served from 5-9 so no sleeping in. They had cereal, waffle, eggs, coffee, tea, juice and pastries.. Not bad for a free meal. Their checkout time is 12 but they allowed us to leave at 1 at no extra charge. Parking is ample and beds were comfortable. I will stay here again at this hotel for $100/night. Great value!

Shuttle services several hotels, not a dedicated shuttle so must wait 30+ minutes. Front desk requested my credit card for a damage deposit on room(what a shock) TV cable unplugged in room and found candy and trash behind TV stand when we reinstalled cable wire. Sink did not drain properly and light over sink did not work. THE BREAKFAST WAS EARLY AND GREAT!! Beds were comfortable and clean.
