      The hotel was very responsive when we checked in early. The staff was very kind and eager to accommodate me. It is located in an ideal location right on the slopes. You just grab your skis and get started, without having to wait in long lines for gondolas.The food at the restaurant is average, nothing to write home about.

    Great place to stay! The hotel is clean and the grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful flowers and green grass for little ones to run around on.... The location is perfect too, walking distance to the lake and the casinos. Beds were not that comfortable, but for such a low rate I wasn't expecting plush accommodations.     Excellent if u need a place to stay after a harveys concert. convenient and affordable. U can even hear them doing sound check from your room. Concert is literally across the street, u can see the venue from the hotel. Totally recommend and would definitely stay again.

    Was put on second floor. Needed to climb up the stairs. It was painful. I have tendonitis in my hips. Other than that it was nice. It was close to the event we were attending at Edgewwod Golf Course. Was at the Celeberity Goulf Tourmament. The room was very clean. Maid service was great.

    Nothing wrong with this one, super cheap and clean. Friendly staff let me check in early and stay parked there well after we checked out. This one is also very close to the casinos and the gondola, I'll stay here again.

    When we checked in, the staff was pleasant, the grounds are very well kept. When we entered the room, the main room was decent. The bath, however was a horror. Mold on the walls, and in the shower. Someone had PAINTED the ceramic tile in the shower, and the paint was peeling. Even the soap dish had mold, so there was no place to put your soap.there […] was something in the room that caused both of us to become congested over night, we were out of the room at 6:30 am the next morning, ruined our mini vacation! I definitely got the cleanliness, manager in "lobby" was definitely friendly, beds were so-so, but overall if I need a cheap place to stay, I'll book it again. It was about 2 blocks away from Harrahs/Harveys/Heavenly so we never had to drive anywhere. Pool was a quit […] cold, but clean and nice to lay out at.
