      The service and the staff at the hotel were very helpful. We first were given a twin room which was very small and by the third day we got a bigger room. The beds are very good and we had a good nights rest the full 8 days we were there. The pool was dirty and the sauna was not working. Also our room was not cleaned before 2.00 pm. and most of the time we never got enough towels. Otherwise we found the hotel very accomedating and helpful . The breakfast was very good and the hotel was located near the center of town with the lovely "Company Garden" right across and below Table Mountain. - We would stay there again.

      The hotel location is great, just beside the sea front. The view from the hotel room and restaurant is really fantastic. Overall maintenance of the hotel was not good though, especially the elevator which was small and slow.

      Was very plesantly surprised. Room was huge and could see table mountain and sea. Is a little noisy but it was expected due to its city centre location. Would recommend.

    My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The decor is very interesting, artsy and modern. Location was excellent, walking distance to many... shops, places to eat and also bars and clubs to go out. We stayed in the Protea room. It was very clean and spacious enough for 2.     We were very happy with the staff at this hotel. The location is great for access to downtown and lots of restaurants. We loved RCaffe downstairs! We stayed in the 501 room. It was small, but had everything that we needed, well except a window. There is technically a window, but it looks out to the hallway so the blinds were always shut. I didn't see […] the other rooms, but I would request a room with a window if we go back for fresh air and a look at all of the activity along Long Street. Read more

We stayed at the Fresh Room, a room decorated with thousands of Mentos, the freshmakers.     Die Zimmer sind einmalig eingerichtet! Um an die Longstreet zu gehen ist dieses Hotel wirklich super. Leider gibt es dort kein Frühstück und je nach Wochentag (bzw. Wochenende) ist es nicht einfach, am frühen Morgen in diesem Quartier ein gutes Frühstück zu finden. Das Hotel ist hip und die Staff ist jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit!
