This Novotel had a touch of class with the nice light wood in rooms and the dining area, etc. This is one of the best, if not best Novotel's I've stayed in within Europe. Rooms were large especially for European standards. Friendly and professional staff too.

It was more than I expected. We wanted a location close to Colmar that would be clean, comfortable and reasonable! The Le Pallette exceeded our expectations. Out of the way but easy to get to, quiet and very friendly.pew did not eat dinner at the restaurant but I would have expected it to be excellent. The owner is the chef!

Although the hotel is a bit on the older side, it had all the necessary amenities and was in a great location. It was close to Haut Koenigsburg and the routes des vins. Our family of three stayed there comfortably.

This was the last night on an 11 day trip and we saved the best hotel for last. The hotel and the staff were excellent! Even better was the dinner there...don't miss a chance to dine at this hotel as the food was incredible!

If you are looking for a quite and charming place run by a wonderful family this is it. Just a few minutes by car from the heart of Freiburg, and a short drive to the Black Forest mountains. Definately will go back...

Das Personal war nett, wenn auch wegen einem Verein, welcher in der Gaststube dinierte, ziemlich überfordert. Auf das Essen mussten wir (zu) lange warten (1 Std.). Morgenessen war tipptopp. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet und sauber, die Betten jedoch durchgelegen (Badewanne).

We hebben 1 nacht doorgebracht in Rebstock. Twee volwassen en 1 kind van 2 jaar. Het personeel is zeer gastvrij. We hebben genoten van een heerlijk ontbijt. L'albergo si trova a 11 km circa da Friburgo in una posizione abbastanza isolata (poche case attorno), ma comoda da raggiungere e buona per visitare il Baden W. e l'Alsazia; la camera (una quadrupla con possibilità del quinto letto era spaziosa, ma al terzo piano senza ascensore; buono anche il bagno con doccia, ma senza bidet. Mancano il frigo e l'aria […] condizionata ma nonostante la temperatura di 32 gradi, la sera si dorme bene. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, la colazione, compresa nel prezzo, è più che sufficiente (salumi, formaggi, yogurt, marmellate etc etc.) e l'albergo curato e pulito. Hanno anche un buon ristorante dove si può cenare a prezzi corretti ma con un servizio eccessivamente lento. Certamente il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto interessante soprattutto per chi ha figli. Very amable family operated hotel. The cooking were exelent. The small dorf were plesant and very quiet. Even our dog felt welcome.

Udemærket hotel. Noget gammeldags men alt er iorden og alt er rent. Rigtigt godt hotel til at dele rejsen til Sydfrankrig.

Hotellet er rigtig hyggeligt, rent og velholdt. Personalet er venlige og imødekommende. Vi kom ret sent om aftenen, og fik alligevel mulighed for at spise et let aftenmåltid. På hjemturen kørte vi ind sammested, der var dog optaget. Men de sørgede for at vi kunne sove på et andet Hotel, ca 4 min.´s kørsel derfra, og kokken på hotellet viste vej.

Het hotel voldoet ruim aan de verwachtingen van een doorreishotel. Het is ook ideaal als hotel voor een langer verblijf, te meer omdat het in het hart van het Schwarzwald gelegen is. Een aanrader met een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Zeer vriendelijk en eenvoudig hotel met alles erop en eraan, schoon netjes en goedkoop, ook het restaurant heeft een zeer scherpe prijs met voor ieder wat wils, echt een traditionele gasthof zoals vroeger
