      This hotel is in a good location (easy access from Tram #15 or 16) and close to SBB. Only having front desk from 8am-5pm was weird but actually worked fine. When I had problem with WiFi access they went out of their way to solve the problem, including calling me during the day to give me a status update. Room and bathroom were good size. TV sucked but that wasn't so important.

      Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but similar to other hotel beds at the same price point. People were very nice and helpful.

    Précisez à vos clients de conserver par devers eux leur clé de chambre, sinon entre 12 H et 14 H, malgré le code vous n'avez pas accès à la chambre. Dur, dur après avoir été bien trempée par la pluie de ne pas pouvoir se changer !

    No aircondition in the rooms of this hotel, and even no ceiling fan in some room(s). That was really unbearable in the summer. Besides, the bed mattress is too soft that the body sinks deeply in the mattress. The man working at reception was nice, but could hardly speak English.     Betjeningen på hotellet var rigtig fin og de var meget hjælpsomme. Personalet forsøgte deres bedste at tale engelsk men det endte med at blive en blanding af fransk og engelsk, hvilket også fungerede fint. Fine værelser og flotte badeværelser. Stor og billig morgenbuffet, som bestemt kan anbefales. Belliggenhed lidt kedelig, men dog tæt på togstationen […] og ikke så stor afstand til centrum. Read more

    J'etais tres tres contente avec le service de l'hotel. Je n'attendais pas grande chose d'une 2 etoiles mais j'etais agreeablement surpris. L'hotel se situe a 2 minutes a pied de la gare de St. Louis. Dans la gare de St. Louis, il y a une navette pour l'aeroport Bale/Mulhouse qui fait des aller/retour toute la journee. La chambre etait propre, le lit […] etait comfortable, l'acceuil etait tres chaleureux, et la salle de bain etait impeccable. La seule chose qui m'a un peu embette, c'etait le bruit des autres portes. Si quelqu'un rentrait tard la nuit, les portes fermaient avec une grand claque. L'acceuil m'a egalement mis dans une chambre au RDC puisque j'avais une enorme valise. Je ne sais pas s'il n'y a pas d'asenceur ou pas.... Tres agreeable, tres sympa et le prix est correct si tu as besoin d'aller a l'aeroport le lendemain. Read more
