The stay was pleasant, the reception was good. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not up to par. To benefit from the announced breakfast you have to pre-book, if you don't the hotel will charge 56% more. Of course this was not clearly spelled out at check in.Besides breakfasy was not very generous! one type of cheese and type of salami!

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. We could hear the bells of the abbey and look out to see the parade grounds. I was initially concerned that a BW may be a big box, but they have sensitively maintained much of the character of the wonderful old hotel while incorporating modern amenities like a full, modern, spacious bathroom. We opted for the breakfast inclusive package and found it to be robust and offering many options. We set out on foot and did the whole city from this great central location.

My room was noisy, on the side next to the train tracks. Trains coming through every couple of hours. The front desk staff were extremely accomodating and they found me an alternative room for the remainder of my stay which was quiet. Hotel new, rooms well appointed and friendly bar staff. Convenient to the bus and train stations. I come into town for University classes several times a year and I have begun staying here each time. They also have complementary internet access throughout the hotel, even in the rooms which is very unusual! Good deal!

We stayed 2 weeks. The owner and staff are very efficient, accommodating, and pleasant. The location was perfect and the facility was excellent. We will stay again.

We had trouble finding the Bath Hilton due to one-way streets and traffic congestion, but it is close to the Abbey, Roman baths and Pump Room, so it's worth the trouble. Two negatives: internet access was available only in the lobby and parking costs approx. $22 per night. Positives are the full breakfast in the restaurant with a fantastic view and, as mentioned, hotel's location.

The hotel is well located with easy acess to the M5. Although in a very rural area, access gain be gained to Bath, Bristol, Cheddar, Wookey Hole, Weston and other attracctions. Room was clean and big, bathroom could have done with a touch of paint and the smell of the running water wasn't the best. Staff were friendly and rooms cleaned daily. Convenient to the M5, had a late deal which was a bargain, under the same roof as a pub and restaurant very convenient. Bed linen fresh and clean, bathroom tired but it all worked, bin had not been emptied after last guest. Downside, the room was cold despite puting the heater on max and the windows had huge drafts, I checked that they were firmly closed. […] Next time I will stay when it is warmer weather! By now I should have learn't not to trust reviews. This hotel was excellent and we left quite certain that if we wished to have a longer stayin this area then it would certainly be here. There was a wedding reception the first evening but we suffered no noise. The added factor was the very reasonable cost and that we could take our dog. Stayed for 2 nights as ideal location in nice area for where we wanted to visit for the weekend. Prime reason for booking was The Bridge accepts dogs. Cannot fault this small hotel for a family stay. We had been to Weston-Super-Mare for the day Good Friday and booked in for a 1 night stay with two, four year old children. Rooms slightly dated but spotlessly clean and large and comfortable. We had dinner in the pub and after the children played happily in the Playzone until its closure a 8.30pm. Very cheap and service great, however the room was dirty. The iron was dirty but when we asked for a different one they were more than happy to help. Good hotel for cheap one night stays, would not recommend to stay here for a proper holiday stay.

Excellent accueil pour des français débarquant en Angleterre. Un grand merci à cet étudiant français travaillant dans l'établissement qui a pu nous aider efficacement comme interprète. Deux petites remarques sans gravité : 1) lumière tamisée de la chambre trop faible pour des personnes âgées n'ayant pas une excellente vue. 2) lit et chambre non faite […] le premier jour !
