Located a couple of minutes from the Pile gate the Apartment is in a great location, right by the sights, a beach and easy to get to/from. The room itself was clean, had air conditioning and a nice bed and Gino and his family were excellent hosts. If I go back to Dubrovnik I'd stay there again.

Our apartment comfortably accomodated our party of 4 adults and 1 child in two bedrooms. It is wonderfully located just outside the walls of the Old Town (90 second walk) and is located in a quiet residential area thereby ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Our apartment was clean and comfortable but would have benefitted from minor additions such as […] a kettle for tea and coffee making, but we were however able to use hob rings to heat water for this. I would also suggest that they make arrangements to facilitate payment by bank/credit cards as it could be awkward obtaining the necessary cash for longer stays. We were only there three nights during April 2011, so this was not a problem for us. The couple who run the apartments are very pleasant people who are friendly and attentive and will do anything to ensure your stay is a good and enjoyable one. The lady who runs the place even came to meet us once we arrived in Dubrovnik to ensure we knew where to park as parking in Dubrovnik is not straightforward. She walked us to the apartments after we got a parking space and asked and got additional things we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and if you are looking for an ideally located family run apartment for families, then this is a good place to stay. Read more

Extremely satisfied with our stay in this apartment. The location was fantastic - half a minute away from a clear-water cove - 2 minutes from the old town as well. In a word...FANTASTIC! I highly recommend this accommodation and would go back without question. Location = perfect as close to the sea, grocery stores and a minute walk to the Old Town Pile Gate. Size = perfect (I was on my own in apartment 1 with a double bed with drawers and wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen area with stove, […] fridge and lots of pots/cutlery/utensils, leading into a lounge area with tv and sofa. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the host and his wife couldn't have been more helpful. Having free wifi was also very useful. This was a truly excellent place to stay in Dubrovnik. It is a small family place, with the best personal service of the owner. Good to have breakfast and dinner at the nearby restaurant Orhan. Lejlighederne er beliggende rigtig tæt på den gamle by - samt transfer bus(billig)mellem lufthavn og Dubrovnik. Der er en lokal (sten)strand 200 m. fra lejlighederne. Værten er megt serviceminded og venlig. Giver gode tips til det bedste af Dubrovnik. Han får ting til at hænge sammen - herunder, hvis der opstår situationer, hvor man har brug for en […] ekstra hånd. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold, som jeg helt sikkert kan anbefale. Damp, smelly, even the towels smelled damp and mouldy, poor ventilation (sure, we get it, this is an old house...). Not pretty. Could not open curtains without the curtain reck dropping off. The apart no 6 was two floors with a supernarrow staircase. No toilet upstairs. Wifi worked only if removing the curtains and holding my ipad on the window seat.  Great […] location, really great. Vi ble møtt av verten Dino på Pile Square, rett ved inngangen til gamlebyen. Derfra tok det to minutter til Mia Apartments som byr på ulike leiligheter. Den første natten hadde vi et tremannsrom med toalett utenfor. Enkel standard. Da vi returnerte uken etter fikk vi en toroms leilighet, som inneholdt det man trenger på ferie. Fra noen av rommene […] har man fantstisk utsikt mot sjøen og Gamlebyen. Rett i nærheten er det en liten strand, restaurant og mulighet for kajakkutleie! Dino var en veldig hyggelig vert, som gjorde alt han kunne for at vi skulle ha det komfortabelt! Anbefaler dette stedet på det nærmeste dersom man ønsker svært kort avstand til gamlebyen, men ikke vil bo inni den. Read more

Lägenheten är belägen strax utanför gamla stan i Dubrovnik, ca 200 meter. Mycket vackert men lite knepigt att hitta. Väl där så insåg vi att lägenheten är ett avskilt rum i en lägenhet. Ägarna är mycket trevliga och försöker verkligen göra sitt bästa för att få en att känna sig som hemma och de lyckas mycket bra. Rummets kvalite är ett av de bättre […] som jag upplevt på resa utomlands, bra skick, hyfsat nyrenoverat och en mycket trevlig toalett. För dig som är här för att festa och komma hem sent på kvällen och rumla runt lite så är det här nog inte rätt ställe eftersom det är lite lyhört. Men om du är ute efter att trevligt ställe att sova på, rent, fräscht och nära stan så kan vi rekommendera det varmt. Priset är kanske lite i överkant men det är inte helt lätt att hitta lägenhet i Dubrovnik så då blir det ok. Read more

Forholdsvis rimelig lelighet med enkel standard bare et steinkast fra bymuren - perfekt som base for et par dagers utforskning av Dubrovniks gamleby og turer til stranden. Hjelpsomt og hyggelig vertskap.

Lentokentän Atlas shuttle bus pysähtyy melkein viereen (Pile gate), joten saapuminen on helppoa. Huoneisto oli siisti ja asianmukainen. Hotellets beliggenhet var den aller beste og hotellvert Dino var meget hyggelig og hjelpsom. Han møtte oss på Pile Square ved ankomst med taxien, da det ikke var så lett å finne hotellet på egen hånd. Han ordnet også med taxi til oss da vi skulle dra og fulgte oss til Pile Square med bagasjen. Leiligheten var pent nyoppusset, men den var litt kummerlig […] og MEGET fuktig. Det var fuktflekker på veggen i underetasjen, og sovesofaen som en av oss lå på var også fuktig, så hun måtte legge et pledd under lakenet. Vindeltrappen opp til soverommet i 2. etg. kan være skummel. Soverommet var romslig, lyst og helt greit. God seng, men det var dårlig med skapplass og kleshengere i leiligheten. Tror ikke det var rengjøring under vårt opphold. Det var en liten uteplass for alle hotellets gjester en trapp opp fra vår leilighet. Der var det ikke plass til mange, med det var koselig å sitte der. Hotellet passer ikke for barnefamilier og eldre/uføre. Det har dog en fabelaktig og fredelig beliggenhet med gangavstand til "alt". Hvorvidt jeg vil anbefale hotellet til andre avhenger av hva man vektlegger når man skal på ferie. Read more
