I hate to give away the secret of this place but the staff was so good that I need to reward them for their service. This is not a 5 star resort but for the price it is the best value in Vegas. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. It says suites, It was below slum bath tub had big chips in it and painted over. They had security guards and the police even came for some reason. We slet for bout 4 hours and left.

I stayed in Siegel for three nights, and later booked it again for a short overnight stay. Cons: shady neighborhood, old (but working) facilities. Very dirty carpet (swept, but never washed). They advertised microwave and coffee-maker, but there were none in the room (they probably would provide them if asked to, but I traveled with my own electric […] kettle, so I never bothered). Pros: really cheap and, unlike many other low-cost hotels in Vegas, with no additional fees and surcharges. Clean towels and bedsheets. Large room and free fast wi-fi. Despite the neighborhood, it is calm and quiet at night. Very friendly and polite staff. Large Walmart is just across the road. The hotel is about 7 miles from the Strip, which is not necessary a bad thing. In general, I wouldn't recommend Siegel for a family vacation, but if you are not much into comfort, it is ok. We were given a room that had not been cleaned. So we asked for a maid or a different room. We got a different room. The Air Conditioning in the new room didn't work. Finally, at 1 am, after being very hot, I figured out a way to make it work -- I unplugged the entire AC, and whatever was faulty seems to have reset. Finally we could cool down. We did not enjoy this stay at all and actually couldn't wait for the morning to come to check out, and we almost did if it weren't for as late as it was. It was in scary area.
