Over-all great experience. Only thing I can suggest is cheese with the continental breakfast!
"Good value for the price"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 30, 2012
Very well appointed with many amenities. I felt a bit being "cheap" to charge an extra $5.00 for a code for internet connection. Their offer for free internet service, means a single terminal in the main lobby with internet connection. Long line up, and inconvenience. For a daily $5.00 guest can obtain their personal code to use their own equipment in privacy.Other than that, it was a pleasant stay
"April in....Quebec"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 27, 2012
Great little boutique hotel in the heart of old Quebec, across a small park from the Frontenac and a block from stairway to Quartier Petit-Champlain. Rooms on the small side but cozy, incorporating them into the limits of a very old building. Very clean in-room and out. Very helpful, friendly staff to Americans with French that doesn't go much beyond "bonjour." Outstanding breakfast--waffles with maple cream sauve are a must. Daily parking was reasonable and only one block away.
"nice room in ideal location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 25, 2012
Our double room was small but we live in NYC so we didn’t feel cramped. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. The roof of the Chateau Frontenac was visible from our window. The location in the heart of the historic district and within walking distance of the newer sections is perfect for tourists. We were very happy here, and I doubt you could do much better for the price. Two cautions: (1) you need to check-in at another hotel across the street and a few doors down, as they will tell you when you ring the bell; and (2) avoid the hotel’s breakfast at a neighboring restaurant--it costs $10 Canadian and consists of powdered eggs and such. There is an excellent brunch spot just down the street from the hotel where you can eat well for not much more--it's on the left side as you walk down Rue St Ursule.

"Old and shabby"
I rented this property for a two night stay. The cancellation policy did not allow for an early cancellation and departure, so I was stuck with paying for both nights. I spent one night at this hotel and checked out the next morning. This hotel was old, old, and old. The lobby was located in a multi-story building that was referred to as the hotel and […] then there were a dozen or so rooms in a single row that was called the motel. The furnishings had to be 50's or 60's vintage as well as the TV. It made more sense to me to walk away early and eat the rental loss than to stay there a second night. There were no amenities except for the motel units, which allowed front door parking. with their minimal census, there certainly was no vehicle crowding. Read more
"No-tell Motel"
The HUGE mirror over the bed was a bit much. Clean, reasonably comfortable, and relatively inexpensive for Quebec city.
"Hotel Bonaparte in Quebec CIty - Nice Location"
If you are looking for a regular hotel with extremely low price.. this is the one. The only problem i found with this hotel is there are no exhaust fans in the washroom so it gets all foggy and stuff. Otherwise it's the best has a gas station and Mc Donalds right in front of it not even 30 seconds walk. Probably 28 seconds lol.
"Good for the Price"
The Room was satisfactory with a microwave and fridge, stayed in room 12. For the price its a good stay. nothing special.

"Good for the price."
Thanks!
The old section is really bad (room #6). The toilet doesn't flush, It make noise when the neighboards flushed, the hot water was not constant, the toilet door needed a good kick to be closed. And there was plenty of long black air on every pillow! We could eared all the people who were walking outside.
"Very good price for the quality"
Very clean, comfy rooms.

"Can't get much better for the price"
The hotel was great, you can tell the Office & Lounge area have been recently renovated. The Motel Room was nice, but was clearly not part of the renovations. The Shower/Tub were dated and there were a few cobwebs by the bathroom vent. The Lounge "Zenith" was exceptional, Prices were a little high, however the food was great. If you're looking for […] a Cheap hotel for a 1 night stay and have no intention of showering, I strongly recomend this place. Just don't go expecting a Hilton. Read more
"Hotel Bonaparte - Good for the price"
This was a good hotel for the price. The receptionist was friendly with excellent English, the room was clean and comfortable, with free wifi. The location is quite far from the old city, and the TV was in a weird place, but if you have some transportation then the price is right.

Read more

"Hotel Motel Bonaparte in Quebec"
Everything was fine EXECPT shower head!!!... I refer to it "water dropper" !!! That makes taking a shower very inconvenient.
"Hotel Motel Bonaparte, Quebec"
Good points: 1. Cheap. 2. Lots of parking. 3. Good shower Bad points: 1. A long way outside the town. 2. Exceptionally rude receptionists
"Overall stay"
Was pleasant, however if staying at the motel continental breakfast is not included!
"Unfreundlich"
Die Zimmer sind ok, die Organisation dieses Hotels ist ein Witz! Das Personal ist unfreundlich und das Frühstück das im Zimmerpreis inkludiert ist kann man vergessen!
