Veldig bra vedlikeholdt hotel. Frokosten var innholdsrik og god. Renhet på rom og generelt var veldig bra. Hotellet har ikke heis, men det gjorde ingen ting, for vi far forberedt på det. Gode parkeringsmuligheter.

Har lite å utsette på betjening, rommene og frokosten. Beliggenheten er ikke bra om man vil ha havutsikt og ligge i vannkanten fra rommene, men det betaler man en del ekstra for i Svolvær. Antallet parkeringsplasser virker også begrenset. Kort gangavstand til Børsen spiseri og Anker brygge trekker opp.

Små unødvendige ting som om at det i et nødsfall ikke er mulig å få veksle til seg kontanter med betalingskortet. "Nei-det har vi ikke lov til" Tomme såpedispensere i dusjen er også iriterende. Kun et plastglass på rommet -du kan ikke spare deg rik på denne måten- Ellers stille og rolig og en god seng. hilsen Ole
