Lovely apartment, great location within walking distance from RER C station. The hotel staff was good and spoke English. The only negative is that room requests/issues were not resolved in a timely manner. Otherwise, great experience and will definitely book this hotel again.

We read the reviews prior to booking the hotel, I was a little concerned based on the price that we might have made a bad choice but I can honestly say we were wrong. We arrived at 6 pm to a friendly front desk, who immediately advised us we needed to pay a tax, which was only 27 euro for the 6 nights, not bad at all. He explained where the local market […] was and its hours of operation. The room was as expected based on pictures, the only bad thing I could say is that they need to have cleaning equipment in each room, since they don't clean daily ( weekly), its nice to clean up after yourself but we had to go down to the front desk to get the equipment. The area around the hotel was clean and a new park was under costruction, which when complete will make the walk from the train station less than 300 meters. Read more

It is apartment style, so you have to get your own food, take out your own garbage, etc., but they do provide you with towels/garbage bags if you ask for them. From the minute we arrived the staff treated us very well. They allowed us to check in at 11am, spoke excellent English, and answered any questions we had. Hotel apartment is outskirts of paris and a 25min drive into central paris. Parking at the hotel was charged at 10Euro a night and they even charge you to print anything at 40cent per page. Our apartment was not clean at arrival and we had to ask them to clean it. Which they did very quickly and appoligised. Our apartment was good, though a little cramped. We had trouble with opening the door and had to get a maintenance man in to help. We were disappointed that there was no plug, sponge or dishwashing equipment, as there was a dishwasher, but we are opposed to using dishwashers for environmental reasons. staff were very rude, the hotel is just out of the main city limits so u have to get a train ticket to zone 3 just 1 stop from zone 2. plus trains stop running to that part of paris at 11pm so if like us u want to see the disneyland firework show which starts at 11pm be prepared to get a cab! . the wifi was very annoying only one device at a time so […] if both u and ur partner want to email the family u have to take turns. make sure u get a shower before around 9:30pm or it'll be cold. the cleaning staff let themselves in even when u have the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, for what i don't know as they never cleaned our room even when we were out, we had a very noisy women in the room next door slamming doors and yelling on her phone til all hours, and there are thicker walls in my garden shed. we did have a lovely time in paris but was let down by the hotel and rudeness of the french people Read more

For the lone travellor the apartments are an alternative to city centre single rooms, as they are light and have space, small kitchenette fine for the stay and a good size bathroom with bath tub, you do not get that in a hotel single. Building was new and modern. No ameniaties in the hotel, ie bar and restaurant, but there was a patesserie, restaurant […] and a supermarket within walking distance. Location is outwith the centre so be prepared for a bit of travelling, but station is two stops from a metro connection and the line goes through the tourist spots, Eiffel, Invalides, Notre Dame etc. Overall a good experience, would use the hotel again and for the price much better than a tiny single room in a central hotel. This hotel is horrendous to find for a start. Although close to the Stade de France, there are absolutely no signposts for it until you are literally right outside it so after hours driving round looking for the hotel, we eventually arrived. There was no where to pull up outside and several cars looked like they had been abandoned wherever their owners […] left them outside. Upon checking in, times and prices of breakfast, how the lift worked, where the rubbish was to be placed, how the laundry worked and how they wanted us to load the dishwasher when we left were all explained to us in great detail. We booked a car park spot and so left and drove down to the basement parking. Then up we went five floors to our room to find that we had been given the wrong room. So, back downstairs with all of our luggage to get a different room. Twenty minutes later (the receptionist was on the phone to his friend and couldnt be disturbed), we were back up to a different floor. Again, we had been given a double room when we needed a twin. So back down to reception again where we were given a third room to try. This room had two beds so that was fine. No room to move around the beds or put suitcases anywhere so the pictures on Hotels.com are incredibly misleading. Bathroom was lovely, modern and well cared for. Kitchenette was adequate for a weekend stay with fridge, dishwasher and a two ring cooker. The overly noisy airconditioning unit is near the front door which is a good 15 feet from the bedroom so it made no difference having that on. The window did open but as the room we were in was right next door (25 feet) to a train track, that wasnt an option. On the morning of departure, at 10.30am, we were called to ask why we hadnt checked out yet. We replied that we were on our way to which the rude answer was "Check out at 10. You late." The street is not in the mapbook, nobody knows about this new street or hotel DUE THE FACT THAT IS ONLY ONE YEAR OLD. But when u find it , it is very close to the RER station. These apartments are a hiden gem, just 4 miles from the main attractions of Paris, eiffel Tower, Champs Elyees etc., 50km from Disneyland. Although the neighbour isn't completely attractive, the immediate area is all new with the apartments and neighbouring complexes backing on to a park which is locked at night so you know no one can access your balony […] from the back and no one is hangin around. The kitchen is small but perfect with everything you need including a dishwaster. Good sized bathroom, and good sized rooms to relax in as well as sleep, which all have LCD tvs, and a balcony. This place is highly recommended if you just need someone where to stay while you enjoy the sights of Paris at a very good price for what you get. I will definately come back again, with the rest of my family, its good to find a place the will fit us all in for a change. Layout of the hotel was great, my family of 5 really enjoyed all the space and having a kitchen. Nice location near grocery store, bakery, park and train stop. Too bad it was in zone 3 so we had to buy an extra ticket each day. The room was new and clean, but the elevator broke 4 times in the 5 days we were there (not good for small kids and stroller […] to get up and down from the 6th floor) AC didn't work well, pipes leaked in bathroom, only one dishwasher tablet and no regular dish soap. Employees were nice enough, got us a baby bed and were friendly - but when we asked for an extra roll of toilet paper they told us no because house cleaning is only done once a week. We weren't asking them to clean our bathrooms or replenish soaps - just more TP and were told too bad (on a Saturday night when all the stores were closed and would be until Monday morning). l'appartement était très agréable nous avons été surclassé car ils ont un"problème "sur les réservation. ...ce qui n'a donc pas été une problème pour nous! La cuisine et les chambres sont très bien équipées (placards, rangement, lave vaisselle...).les lits très comfortables. cet appartement était vraiment spacieux, pourrait largement convenir pour une […] semaine ou plus. Par contre vraiment dommage seulement 3 chaises autour de la table alors que nous étions 4! trou de cigarrette dans le dessus de lit, le canapé en tissus n'était vraiment pas nette et pour le ménage, il ne faut pas trop regarder dans le détails, bout de plinthe du parquet cassé.
