Location great, nice room. Only issued was a hotel don't have any parking spaces/ we need to paid $15.00 per day on parking lot close to hotel. Also all room is only with queen beds no option for 2 double beds.

The clerks were very helpful! My girlfriend and I stayed a total of two nights. One night before a cruise and a night after. The clerks gave good directions to all the night attractions in the area and assisted in helping us find a rental car. They were welcoming our entire stay. The bathroom and room was clean (major plus) and the balcony had nice seating during breakfast. The only downside were the mosquitos. IDK why there were sooo many but every night I woke up with around 5-8 bites. The woman at the front desk said that there were many in our rooms because we were staying on an "Island." I needed a quick stay before heading down south snd after traveling all day. Te acommodations are simple and efficient. Wifi works great in the room. Breakfast is pretty basic (cereal, bagels, coffee). Parking is on the street or at a lot around the corner for $15 dollars.

The Hotel is nice enough. Staff did not help with my luggage, the guy claimed he had to watch the front desk. Oddly enough, when the control did not work, he offered to bring me a new one but there was still no other staff to watch the front desk. Room was mostly clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel has no elevator. We had to take our bags to third floor upon arrival. Room was extremely small. There was no chair in room. Breakfast was not attended by staff. Most guest just walked away after looking at the selection. Parking was 3 blocks away. There was no place to park to unload luggage.

The rooms are spartan and small. There was not a single drawer in which to place clothing. My stay was brief, as I just needed an extra night in San Juan after a conference. The facility was was simple, lacking many of the amenities of the larger hotel around the corner where my conference was held. However, the room was comfortable and clean. This low rise hotel is a walk up, and there's no in-room telephone (though in the age of cell phones, […] who cares?). Free internet access and cable TV with a large choice of channels was provided. The staff was really friendly and service was excellent. The hotel serves complementary breakfast, but I had to leave early so didn't have a chance to try it. If you want a simple hotel room in a quiet neighborhood near shops and restaurants, a block from the beach, the Casa Condado is an excellent value. If you need a place with spa, fitness facility, and onsite beach, look to one of the higher priced hotels down the street. Read more

Hotel was very nice, cozy, small. But the internet was terrible! In my room it took a while to connect, i had to go outside on the deck to connect. So i couldn't stay in the comfort of my room. They just need some stronger routers. Everything else was fine, restaurant down below has nice food too.

VERY basic hotel, room and facilities. Do not bother to book Superior, we did but they put us in the same room as our friends who booked regular room. As we stayed only one pre-cruise night, it was ok. The room looked clean, but had minimum furniture. I think they wash the entire hotel with chlorox because the smell was overwhelming. Casa Condado is a place for no more than two persons who need a basic place to sleep one night, nothing else. The daily parking ($16) is at a near by location, or valet park if you can locate the attendant. The front desk clerk did not wear a name badge or uniform and never greeted us. She seldom made eye contact and rarely spoke to us other than to […] inform us about a $15 fee to access a T.V. remote, a $25 charge if room key is lost, and a $250 deposit for damages. The room was cean and tiny, the bed had two pillows. We asked for two more pillows but front desk help could not oblige and said housekeeping was gone for the day. There are no telephones in the rooms and the ice machine is practically monitored by the same front desk clerk who handed me the ice without ever looking up. We considered ourselves minimalists who strongly believed it doesn't cost a cent to be courteous or polite, especially in the hotel business. We arrived late at the hotel for check-in after our flight, around 10.30pm or so. The front desk is manned 24 hrs a day, so it was not an issue. Parking was at a nearby lot, for a fee of $15/day, so we parked on the street instead (which at that hour was fairly easy to find). The lobby is unprepossessing, and smelled like a combination of mildew, bad […] air freshener, and a bathroom, which was kinda gross. However, the room itself was clean and smelled fine. Despite facing the street, noise was not an issue. The air-conditioner was pretty loud, and thanks to the (incorrectly working) thermostat control would cycle on and off all night long. And with the bed pretty much 2 feet from it, you can get pretty cold and woken up with the noise as well. It is walking distance from the Condado Beach, and a bus stop nearby gets you into Old San Juan for a low price. Also a Walgreens nearby was terrific to get water and any other basics you need. The continental breakfast is essentially bread, bagels and commercial pastries, along with OJ and coffee & boxed cereals, so pretty basic. Overall, a good location to be situated in, but not much in the way of frills. I guess you get what you pay for. Read more

Casa Condado was a great combination of location and service. We didn't want to stay at one of the massive hotels in Condado, so staying at a small, friendly hotel was perfect for us. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful, and the rooms were reliably clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would stay there again.

We loved the hotel, however it should be informed prior to arrival that there is no elevator, parking is not on premise and they don't offer valet, and they need new towels. The towels were almost see-thru and old but very clean! But i would go back with my own towels.

Cute little botique hotel, short 2 block 3 min. walk to Condado Beach, where the water and swimming is just heavenly. Love to stay here the night before my Southern Caribbean cruises. Usually get the room for a good rate on Expedia and have a top quality beach experience. You have to lug your luggage up a few flights of stairs but the guy at the desk […] offered to do that for us if we had any reservations about it.
