This place was remodeled very recently, and very tastefully done. It is very clean and the staff is great. I would come back in a heartbeat. The location is also perfect.

Comfortable beds, quiet and clean rooms, staff was very hospitable and price was reasonable.

Situated on a private beach, Mainsail Beach Inn is in Holmes Beach, within the vicinity of Palma Sola Botanical Park and De Soto National Memorial. Other regional attractions include IMG Soccer Academy and South Florida Museum.

Step outside to unwind on the sand beach. Hit the beach and work on your tan in the sun loungers (chaise longues) or relax in the shade with complimentary cabanas and umbrellas. After a day at the beach, enjoy amenities at Mainsail Beach Inn like an outdoor pool and a spa tub.
