This little hotel has location, location, location! It is less than 5-10 minutes walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, & Tempolo Adriano. It is about 15-20 minutes from the Coliseum, the Forum, and Vittoria Emmanuelle, around 25-30 minutes from Piazza del Popolo, and a half hour from the Vatican. Seconds away from the main artery Via Del Corso, you can’t get a better location for a more reasonable price. The front desk staff is wonderful and Tomosso in particular will not hesitate to recommend the best restaurants and tell you how to get to all the sites within Rome. He recommended fabulous restaurants and mapped out a walkable itinerary of sites daily for us. If you don’t care to walk, the hop on hop off bus is two minutes away. What really sets this hotel apart is the 5th floor outside deck with a panoramic view which is used for breakfast in the morning and a possible night cap at night. What a way to start and end a day. It was beyond gorgeous and really a delightful highlight to a memorable stay in Rome. The rooms are big enough to accommodate two easily and are clean and neat. The only difficulty I encountered was that I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi but instead used the downstairs computer. Some of the rooms on the upper floors are only accessible by a short stairway which is difficult with heavy luggage. Other than that, our stay was perfect and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We did not get information that payment by card was not accepted. The breakfast was poor, bread from yesterday, cerials too sweet. The juice was more like lemonade than fruit-juice.

Had a great experience. Our triple room was clean and bed very comfortable, including pillows. 40 inch hd tv with all the sky channels with the options to switch to English language. Filled a form with time and choices for breakfast . Arrived on time and plenty of food. ( Italian style breakfast) . Front desk nice and helpful. Near American embassy, hard rock cafe' , villa borghese park( very nice!) . Would stay there again and reccomand it to friends and family

Room was so small that we could barely walk around the bed and there were no drawers in which to put clothes. The buffet breakfast, however, was outstanding and the location very convenient. Front desk staff could be friendlier. The room was much smaller than the photo for that level of accommodation

Apart from the (5) 'Very Satisfied' ratings already given in the ratings list, one should add the following: all staff get a 5* rating for kindness and helpfulness: the shower-room was the best experienced in 3 weeks Umbrian travel, so gets a 5* as well. The B&B is quite hard to find, and this is good, so first-timers should prepare themselves ahead […] of arrival, so as not to get lost. Our taxi-driver struggled. An alternative is to arrange for the B&B's excellent driver/van service for pick-up, Giovanni also gets a 5* and knows all the clever routes around Rome's highways and alleys. Dejligt b&b som ikke kunne ligge bedre. Sengene er meget hårde, men hyggeligt værelse. Morgenmaden er super god. Inter at klage over. Kommer GERNE tilbage til dette b&b

Täydellinen majoitusvaihtoehto viikonloppulomalaiselle. Paikan sijainti on erittäin keskeinen, kävelymatkan päässä Vatikaanista ja sadan metrin säteeltä löytyy monia erinomaisia trattorioita. Palvelu ennen matkaa ja matkan jälkeen oli erinomaisen ystävällistä, asiantuntevaa ja nopeaa. Paikka on turvallinen ja huomaamaton ulospäin, ja erinomaisella maulla […] sisustettu ja täydellisessä kunnossa. Huone on mukava ja fasiliteetit toimivat. Paikan kautta järjestyvät niin lentokenttäkyydit kuin maukas aamiainenkin. Et skønt B&B beliggende i det gamle Rom. Man træder lige ud på de smalle brostensbelagte gader med lækre spisesteder lige om hjørnet, små hyggelige piazzaer, i gåafstand til Peterskirken, Piazza Navona, Panthion, Campo dé Fiori, Trastevere....
