Stay was nice, Beds were too hard, breakfast on Sunday morning was very very limited, bad planning on staffs part for quantity of food needed for all guests.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and always had a very good experiance. This time was different. The hotel was not as clean as normal. The lady at the front (Maria) was not friendly at all. Not my typical experiance.

I love Marriott hotels, but not anymore I booked on hotels.com while in route via I-40. That was the easy part. we arrive arrived around 11 p.m. the person behind the counter asked what we're doing there. With bags dragging behind us I thought it was pretty obvious. I told him we had a reservation,and he had difficulty finding it. He never got out of […] his chair, he was laid back and looked like he didn't want to be there. At that point I was just tired and just wanted to go to the room. the room smelled like pool and the floor was wet we decided we're too tired to talk to the front desk person with no charisma, so we went to sleep. Hotel location and price and cleanliness were great and we would definitely stay here again. Only complaint is they gave us two queen beds instead of the king we had reserved, so we downgraded them for service and comfort.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. It was beautiful and had everything I needed, including a no-slip mat for the bath. I had 2 small children with me by myself and I felt completely safe. The staff was very friendly to both me and my children.The breakfast bar was amazing and there was something to please all of us. We spent the Fourth of July here and the rooms were great. Very quiet place and the staff were excellent. Definately recommend this to anyone wishing to stay in this area. Very convenient to stores and other area businesses.

The hotel of very convenient to restaurants and easy accessible to freeway. We had a room with a king bed and there was only about 4 feet on each side of the be and at the foot there was about a 3 ft. walk way. The breakfast was above average.

The hotel was modern(fairly new), very clean and right off of I-40 and I-240/44. Highly recommended. Poor scenery is the only negative aspect.

When we arrived, very late at night, the desk clerk was rude and wanted us to pay again as he said they had not recieved payment from hotels.com . I had a printed email confirmation with paid in full. He continued to be rude and arrogant. we finally got our room which was nice.

Cleanliness is most important to us and there was nothing to be disappointed about. Very thing was very nice and clean. The pool is small but our kids thoroughly enjoyed it. We are a family of five including kids age 18, 16, and 10. Two queen beds and a sofa was very comfortable for us.

I was assigned to a handicapped accessible room and when I asked for a different one, I was told there was nothing they could do. Both of the queen sized beds were squeaky and the refrigerator hummed so loudly, I eventually unplugged it. All in all, a disappointing stay for me,, but no one there really seemed to care on way or the other.

Stayed here while in town for grandsons' gymnastics meet. Hotel is very accessible and close to quite a few restaurants, convenience stores and retail stores. Hotel was very quiet, clean, and we had no problems whatsoever. I will be recommending the Fairfield Inn to any friends and/or family spending time in OKC. Hotel is very nice and clean. Was very suprised at how big the room was. Two beds and a ton of extra space for sitting and ironing! Very clean. Beds were really comfortable. The only complaint we had was that the room had a strange smell to it, like dirty socks almost. Had to run to the store to get a candle and air fresheners. We were Very happy with the quality of the room and the cleanliness!!! It was a very good experience and look forward to staying there again. The only disappointing thing was the surrounding area was kinda undeveloped a-joining the hotel, but not really a problem. It was pretty close to a lot of things that were of interest.
