Immaculate, most charming, a long way to go from London but well worth it. We would stay there again, it is a total wounderful surprice. I would recomment it to all my friends.Love it!!!

Spent three nights here and was very comfortable. Charming house with great garden. The hosts were very friendly and everything was spotless. Breakfast was in true English style in the elegant dining room. I recommend the eggs with smoked salmon.

The room was largely satisfactory, though the bed was BAD. The restaurant staff was ok, but the front desk people seemed incompetent and/or unable to understandand much English.

Cosy room, comfortable bed and food reasonable. Small touches missing such as paper in the morning at breakfast and homemade porridge! The gym out of interest is a good 2 minute walk and not easy to find.

Room was needing an upgrade looked a bit tired, a slight musty smell on the stairs leading to rooms. Staff was very friendly. Bed linen & bathroom fresh & clean. Excellent breakfast choice. Good location for Portsmouth & Southhampton. Overall very pleasant stay.

Had to stay away from home for a business meeting in the area. I found the staff very friendly, my room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good. Overall would stay again either for work or for a weekend away with my husband
