This is a great little hotel, but what everyone should know is there aren't really any hotels on airport property. They all require a bus ride. But the most important realization is that Terminal 5 is in the middle of nowhere and a long way from any other terminal. Therefore the Premier Inn is not onside. The next thing to know is the 423 bus is a FREE ride to and from Terminal 5. You don't need to pay for the overpriced H shuttles. Just hop on and pay attention to your stop. From Heathrow the Premier in will appear on the left once you're on Bay Road. Watch for the White Horse Pub as your marker that you're getting close. Great staff to help you with local transport and tell you where to find things like UK mobile phones.

I arrived very late (11.45pm) but having forewarned the hotel this was no problem. Although food was not available, which I would not have expected at that time of night, the receptionist did offer snacks if required. This is a great place to stay if you are in the Camberley, Fleet area. The hotel was much better than my initial impressions. I thought from the outsde, that it might be yet another tired old hotel, but on the contrary, it was warm and very homely. Hotel was lovely! Towels were taken daily, coffee and biscuits on arrival and topped up daily! Plenty to choose from at breakfast..Rooms were spotless, warm and welcoming. Had a fantastic stay!, well worth the money.. Only thing that was missing is that the hotel stopped serving at 10pm,.. Other than that, I have no complaints

The hotel is a decent hotel if you're looking for a quiet get-a-away. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful, if not entirely outstanding. The food in the evening was bog standard, avoid the carvery after 5pm as it is not in the best condition. However, breakfast the next morning was good. This is not a 4 star luxury hotel, but it is a 4 star comfort hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. The pub (green king) on to which the hotel is connected is excellent, and the food in the restuarant is superb for a chained pub. Would certainly recommend for business and leisure breaks.

Awful 1st night of 3. Hysterical guest in nearby room. Went to reception but nobody on duty. No reply from tel. number left by phone on reception counter. Tried phoning hotel no. from bedroom but no reply. Nearly dialled 999 for police, but after 2 hours the noise stopped. Next morning asked receptionist to report disturbance to Luke, team manager, […] but no contact or apology received from him. Unfortunately the sound proofing was very poor and because we had a ground floor room we heard every step by the guests in the room above. Walk from hotel to restaurant for breakfast meant getting wet in the rain. Good breakfast, clean room. Read more

We booked last minute and had a LOVELY stay... the room was warm, spacious and comfy. It felt very private, too... I forgot there were other people staying! Breakfast was OUTSTANDING... I have never experienced such a wide variety. The Twin room was clean and Tidy comfortable.Evening Meal well presented and Full of flavour,all in party enjoyed the Hotel. Breakfast was good and the Staff very helpful and Fun! All making the Hotel and overall experience just what you need for a quiet weekend or a business meeting.Recommended.

I've stayed here numerous times and each time has been lovely, in room 30 the shower head isn't stuck properly and so hangs down instead of staying up but the reception staff were very apologetic and said that if they weren't fully booked they would have moved us, subsequently I just put a hair tie around the shower head and it worked fine again. The […] food is always lovely in the bar and, if there are staff available they will bring the breakfast up to your room on the odd occasion. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are always clean, they provide plenty of tea/coffee making facilities and little biscuits. Wifi works well. My only minor complaint which is insignificant really is that the tv only has 5 channels rather than freeview which a lot of hotels opt for now.
