Sole Inn and Suites - Pensacola

We enjoyed our stay. we spent most of the time at the beach an use the hotel to sleep in. It was comfortable. If u r tall the shower might be bad but I am short so it was fine with us. I would recommend it to anyone to stay at. People there was very nice.

The hotels location and neighborhood were excellent. The service there was perfectly fine. The room itself was in good condition. The TV was pretty small and sounded like it was in a well 100 feet down. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little dated but overall was very functional.

In town visiting family, I had to book a room for the first 2 nights due to my mom's house being overcrowded. I was about to book my normal hotel when this one came up as an option. So glad I decided to give it a try! Rooms are clean with lots of space, bathrooms are stand-up showers so if you like soaking in a hot bath don't book this one. I enjoyed sitting out in the fountain area and the fact that it's in walking distance to Seville Square and a string of charming shops, bars and eateries. The noise level at night was pleasantly minimal although this was Mon - Wed that I stayed (I ended up staying an extra night because I was so pleased with this hotel and amenities). I believe they have occassional live performances and events on the weekends out at the fountain area, which I hope to catch next time I'm in town and staying there! Read more

My boyfriend & I are from louisiana. We picked the perfect hotel/location. Everything was awesome. Room was clean, people were so friendly. It was a great stay overall. Shower was small but it was fine with me! Location was only 10 min from beaches and downtown always has activities going on.. Enjoyed my trip. I will stay here again!

Spent mothers day weekend here and absolutely loved it! Close to shops and restraunts downtown. There was a bit of traffic noise at night but not too much. My mom and I had a blast! We will definitely be staying here again!

Conveniently located within walking distance of historic downtown. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. 9:30 is way to early to take down breakfast, especially since all the do is set up basics on the bar and don't really prepare any warm food. With only 4 tables available, you could end up having to wait and not make it in time. Loved te hotel, clean, newly renovated, only issue was a loud disturbance with an unordlerly couple staying there. It was resolved by the office. The only other issue was the trains that were waking us up during the wee hours of the morning! Not cool at all.

On the surface this hotel looked great. And upon entering my room my impression was one of a clean and modern room. That was until the wall of bleach smell hit me and I noticed that the bedspread, which incidentally was the only blanket in the room, was covered in long hairs. The only thing I would change about this hotel is the availability of electrical outlets. There were two in the room that were available and I have to travel with medical equipment. Luckily, I brought an extension cord. The location, cleanliness, and accommodations were great. I would definitely recommend this location to a person traveling.

Is a nice litte motel on the outskirts of downtown Pensacola. But is just a motel, no need to charge as a hotel. The name includes the word Suites which is deceiving. Is just a nice motel. The bathroom water faucet was broken and the park in fron of the hotel was the place where the homeless people stayed.

AWESOME!!! Went for Jimmy Buffett concert at Civic Center. Walking distance - which was great. Eclectically remodeled old, old Florida hotel with an art deco twist. Small but very clean rooms with an extremely friendly staff. Great location near downtown, just get past the first impression. We all enjoyed our stay and will be here again for overnight Pensacola events.

The beds are super hard and uncomfortable. It is advertised as a trendy, boutique motel but I would just say it is dated. The tv was about 19 inches and it wasn't a flat screen. The shower was super small, dark, and the shower head was so low that my husband had to duck to get under it.

It was a pleasant suprise. Located in the city, it is convenient to many places. It is small but offers Indoor and outdoor areas. The deco is very attractive. I booked a room with 2 double beds, for myself and my 12 year-old daughter. I got a king size bed. I talked to the staff, but all I got was excuse #47 (we don’t have any rooms like that now). The HVAC system did not work on the lower fan speed. The shampoo bottle was used and only half full. I complained again in the morning to the staff (different […] from the previous night); still I got nothing. No shampoo, no help - heII they did not even cleanup the room the next day. I checked out the next morning (2 days early) and a different staff member looked horrified when I relayed my story. So what. I don’t want talk, or sympathy, or concern – I want action. I made other accommodations for myself and my daughter. I have better things to do over Christmas than putting up with this cr^%… These local hotels are glad to take Expedia’s money but NOT offer the services agreed upon during the booking process. Upon checking in, the toilet was running and it looked like a pipe had popped off in the tank. The guy at the desk was super nice and he came right away and fixed the problem.
