Maintenance should be better. Cleanliness of the carpet should be better. Hotel location is good.

Good hotel, great quality breakfast buffet and clean rooms. Hotel has lots of facilities and WiFi in rooms, friendly staff and good location for bars, restaurants and casino's. Part of a chain of hotels in Portoroz, so you can go into the other hotels and eat at their restaurants too. Would definitely stay again,

Hotel staff couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. Led us to hop-on-hop off experience which we used throughout our 3 week trip all over Europe. Location was very good, within walking distance of everything, and bus service right out the door. Felt like we had a personal travel guide right at the front desk and left with new friends.

"Umfeld Portorose"
Das Hotel war absolut in Ordnung, der Preis - für die angebotene Leistung - absolut sensationell. Das Frühstück großzügig an Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Wir sind mit Hund gereist, der Aufpreis war auch OK. Lift war keiner Vorhanden, sollte man einen brauchen muss man das bei der Buchung (Zimmerlage) berücksichtigen. Parkplätze waren auch vorhanden, kurzum […] ich würde dort jederzeit wieder einchecken.
