We had a wonderful stay, with a good breakfast every morning. Perfect location in Rothenburg, excellent service, great food and friendly staff. For our first time in Germany, this was a great experience and we would recommend this hotel for any length of stay.

The hotel room was tiny and not well maintained. Upon entering the room the main door handle fell off. I asked the lady to who worked there if it could be fixed and she gestured that she couldn't fix it at the moment. I ended up fixing it myself the next day in order to prevent myself from getting locked out of the room. All it needed was an allen wrench. […] The restaurant was grossly overpriced but the location was fantastic. The rooms weren't super cheap but they weren't too expensive either. After talking with other visiters residing in hotels nearby I will not go back to this hotel. Parking was convenient and free. Read more

This hotel could not have been situated to the heart of Rothenburg. It is right across the street from the Rauthaus (Town Hall). Excellent food, very nice rooms, and excellent service! The only down side was the church bells that ring every, and I mean every, 15 minutes, all night long! But, to me, that just adds to the experience.

We appreciated that the manager had saved us a parking place close to the hotel since we were going to be there late and we had little ones. It was a little difficult to get to though. Over all we found the staff helpful and friendly.

Our sat nav couldn't find a road called Markt so finding the hotel was tricky, especially as much of the town is pedestrianised and we speak little German, Parking is a 5 min walk away but cases can be dropped off at the door. Não gostei da minha estadia e não recomendaria para ninguém. Quem atende a recepção são os garçons e quando estão ocupados servindo mesas temos que aguardar para o check in, check out ou outras dúvidas. a janela do nosso quarto dava exatamente para o sino que tocava a cada 15 minutos por 24 horas (para quem não dorme fácil com barulho, com esse fica […] quase impossível). O hóspede anterior levou o controle remoto da televisão e disseram que não seria possível arrumar outro enquanto estivéssemos lá. A internet é somente no lob do hotel. O Box só vai até a metade encharcando todo o banheiro a cada banho. O Café da manhã é bem simples mas é bom e o hotel fica no centro de tudo, inclusive em frente a Prefeitura. Read more

Llevo con Hoteles.com visitados 15 hoteles en este viaje. Sin dudas, y por lejos, EL PEOR. Y la 1a. vez que no lo recomiendo. En recepcion, no habia nadie. Atiende un mozo, a la vez que atiende las mesas. Nos escucha hablar espaniol, y responde a duras penas en ingles... al dia siguiente y por otra persona, sabemos que su lengua es el espaniol....muy […] mala atencion. Ademas, por vez 1a., quiere cobrar antes de incluso hacer los papeles, y nos retiene pasaportes, cosa que jamas hicieron antes. Le pedimos donde estacionar el auto, y nos envia a 400 mts., cuando TAMBIEN se podia detras del hotel. MUY MALA PERSONA. Nos dice " por alla las habitaciones", sin indicarnos bien. Tenemos que pasar por delante de un pasillo, seguir caminando, pasar delante de los banios, subir una escalera en mal estado... la habitacion, decir pequenia es poco, diminuta. El banio, "inventado", se nota que no era parte de la habitacion. Mueble para la ropa, en muy mal estado. Eso si, sabanas limpias. La ubicacion es excelente, pero hay otros hoteles tambien muy cerca, y tanto desinteres y desidia en el trato, mejor no pisarlo! Read more

høflig og fin modtagelse ! Værelset skuffer - morgenmad rimelig. Ved vejbeskrivelsen til hotellet bør gives en anvisning, så man ikke lander på den forkerte side af de ensrettede gader - giver bøvl med parkeringsmuligheder.
