I can't say enough nice things about the staff here. They even remembered us from our stay 3 months prior, to which we were pleasantly surprised. It's always clean and they are very helpful. Also, we had left something behind on our previous visit and they held onto it for us. They also accommodated me by weighing my suitcase twice -so that I could be ensured not to pay overweight fees - great customer service!

This hotel was truly right behind the Taj, walking distance to the Gateway of India, and walkign distance to many attractions in South Mumbai. As a budget traveler; I think this one was a good deal... good enough that I booked another stay here the next time I go back to Mumbai in a few weeks when I have my gf with me there for the weekend.

Location.
Conveniently near the airport in Mumbai, The Residency is close to MIDC Industrial Estate, U. S. Consulate, and Powai Lake. Additional attractions near this hotel include Santacruz Electronic Export Processing Zone and Shoppers Stop.
Hotel Features.
The Residency has a full-service spa, a health club, and an outdoor pool. Wireless and wired high-speed Internet access is complimentary in public areas. This 3.5-star hotel features business amenities including a business center, small meeting rooms, and a technology helpdesk. The hotel offers 3 restaurants along with a coffee shop/café and a bar/lounge. A complimentary breakfast is available. The staff can arrange concierge services, tour/ticket assistance, and event catering. Additional amenities include a children's pool, a nightclub, and a children's club. For a surcharge, guests have access to an area shuttle within 30 km. Guest parking is complimentary. The property may provide extended parking privileges to guests after check-out (surcharge).
