The hotel is not the Taj Mahl, but that is not expected. The staff was very accomadating, and the room was clean. Nice to have free wireless, and the complementary breakfast was better than our group was expecting. Its a nice place to rest your head during your travels, and not have to worry about cleaniness, etc.

Fortunately, my husband and son were only here for approx. 8 hours, just to sleep and were so tired of traveling that they did not address the issues (but should have). They said that the room was terrible. Awful odor (like body odor), dirty, large stains on the carpet. Will never book this hotel again.

The room was clean and conveniently located. My daughter played in a golf tournament and the golf course was only 1.5 miles away! The room was clean and was a very nice stay! Thanks!

I would certainly like to thank everyone at the hotel for being so friendly. The reason why we stayed in Defiance, Ohio was because of family illness. It was so good to be able to come to the hotel and see nice and friendly faces. It made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast bar was great with such a variety. Nice Hotel in great location for doing things in and around Defiance. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room could have used a new coat of paint. There was a little wear and tear on the doors, etc., but overall a nice place to stay.

Needed a later than expected check out secondary to medical issue that occured, and the manager was very understanding/ helpful. Thank you for providing such a good service. Rooms were very clean/ comfortable. Best Comfort Inn that I have stayed at.

I have been staying at this property for more than 25 years it has had its ups and downs but it has always been a good place to stay. My most recent stay was a pleasant surprise the property received a needed touch up and it is in tip top shape for its age and location. It is hard to beat the value....

I loved the shower, the toilet, NOT so much. It over-flowed in the middle of the night. Night personnel was polite, sympathetic and assured me it would be reported first thing in the morning. The bed, comfortable and clean! I would happily recommend it and will use it again when out that way. Pleased Iowan.

Our room was very clean, only problem was next to smoking room and our room had a smoke smell when we first arrived, the area was great near a lot of places to eat and shop. The kids loved the pool area and breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again on my next visit to Ohio.

It took a while to get checked in. The room didn't look like it was cleaned before we go there. Bathroom was very dirty and towels were on the floor.
