Hotel staff was very accommodating. Rooms were cleaned with bed sheets fixed and new bath towels restocked daily. Very nice hotel. Will stay at again - just at a different location.

We were thrilled from start to finish. A phone call 5 hours before check-in to see if there was a room available, was answered by Kelsey with a very friendly, "sure come on over." We arrived later in the evening around 8pm and left early the next am. Upon arrival the two employees at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and had a fresh smell upon entering. The bathroom was also clean. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast the next am and then headed on our way!

We were tired from driving from Mass. This is a stop we make on our trip south. We can always depend on Hampton Inn to have a comfortable room with a comfortable bed. Rooms are always clean and well appointed with comfortable chairs. A small refrigerator is necessary for me to keep my insulin medication cool. The writing desk is helpful. Location was near highway and a plaza, friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast, pool was open, only complaint was that I booked a 2 queen bed room, but when I arrived, the beds looked like double beds. I didn't literally measure them, and they told me they were queens, but I am pretty sure they weren't. Minor detail in the scheme of my stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff was well trained and proficient in their duties. The bathroom was clean and tidy. It would have been better if there was more than one chair in the room. We found this rather inconvenient. It would have been better if we would not have had to use the bed as another place to sit. All in all the stay was enjoyable .

We have stayed at this hotel several times and is always our go to play when traveling to Bethel Woods for concerts. The rooms are immaculate and service is usually superb. We had a two small issues this time around, but nothing that turned us off from the hotel. Also, we had an alarming experience on check out morning when I woke up to a bill under the door charging us for the previous night (even though it was booked on Hotels.com). I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean and well appointed. The decor was really nice. The beds were really comfortable. The bathroom had complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as a shower cap and makeup remover! The towels were soft too. They had the best tv channels I've ever seen at a hotel including 10 HBO […] channels! The rooms were very quiet, and dark! We stayed here for three nights and the breakfast was a little different every morning! Turkey & pork sausage, scrambled eggs, french toast sticks, cheese and veggie omelets, cold cereals, oatmeal, bagels, English muffins, danish and the coffee was really good! In the evening there were homemade cookies! In the morning at the front desk they had "Breakfast on the go" bags! Lastly, the breakfast area has a lot of comfortable seating for small groups or large families. There is also two flat screen tv's and a fireplace. The pool and exercise room were really great too! The exercise room had free weights as well as many cardio machines. The parking lot has security cameras and there are plenty of parking spaces. There is a movie theater, Walmart, gas stations and other attractions near by. I will stay again! It was worth the money. Read more

Nicer than 5 start hotels I've stayed in. Very new and clean. Breakfast was excellent nice variety of choices. Excercise room had as much training items as my local gym, weight pulleys, medicne balls of a variety of sizes, fitness ball and a large assortment of cardio machines.
