Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was bright, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent value. An enjoyable stay all round.

We chose this hotel because it was closer to city center than most others and about half the nightly rate. The room was very clean and bed was pretty comfortable, good water pressure, etc. Furniture and linens were a bit aged but that was no problem. The ice machine wasn't working but the owner of the hotel was kind enough to fill our ice bucket out of her own freezer. Biggest problem with this room was that there was no thermostat, and it was VERY warm the second night. We were able to get the window open a little, but it was about 15 degrees warmer than we would have preferred. Very quick and easy drive to all the major shopping/dining in Burlington. Overall, this motel met our needs and saved us quite a bit of money over the other options. I would stay there again.

"great service & comfortable beds"
Stayed in this hotel for an overnight before flight out. Hotel clerk extremely friendly, comfortable.beds, and as I asked for fastest way to airport she handed me a small piece of paper with written directions. Great service.
"Very nice hotel close to Etobicoke"
We were looking for a hotel close to Etobicoke where we were attending a family gathering. The location of this hotel was excellent for that purpose. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast (provided free of charge) was also very good with plenty of choices.

All is great except for the pillows. But then again I've experienced the same at a St Louis location also. Made myself a promise that the next time I'd bring my own. Guess what, I forgot. My fault. But it won't stop me from chossing Hampton on my next outing, Great staff and hotel.

My plane got in at 6 Am. The staff let me check out after 2 pm. They were all very nice. All day coffee in the lobby was nice too.

"Perfect in every way!"
From the moment I checked in until my departure the next day, everything from the room, service, comfort and food were all outstanding. Will certainly return to this hotel on my next trip to Toronto.
"Great beds!"
The beds at this hotel are the most comfotable I have had in a long time. Wonderful mattresses and pillows and luxurious linens. The hotel staff was very considerate and polite. The buffet breakfast was great, too. There was a good choice of food and really good coffee.

This newly remodeled Hampton Inn was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the shuttle driver went out of his way to inform us of how to get downtown. He drove us to the right bus stop and helped us with bus number and subway info. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The washroom was very nicely appointed as well. The continental […] breakfast was also a bit nicer than the average. If you need a hotel near the airport, then do not look any further. "Overall Great Hotel"
Stayed one night with my family - all of us make up 10 people (including one toddler and a baby) who slept very comfortably in two rooms. Front desk was very warm and friendly. The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was nice. My two nieces loved the pool there too but I don't recall it being anything special. My dad really loved the decor […] and insisted on taking pictures of the furniture and setup to replicate in one of our vacation homes. Hilton hotels are usually setup very nice. Overall, great place and would definitely go back (if I needed to be close to the airport). Like mentioned, my only gripe is location. It's an expensive cab ride to downtown Toronto (approx a 20-25 min drive) but it was very close to the airport. To be fair, the cabs in Toronto are just crazy expensive anyways. Read more

This is a beautiful hotel. Looks new and modern with big rooms and large bathrooms, The lobby is lovely, pool nice but a bit chilly, and breakfast was very nice, The only downside of this hotel was the location, It is located in a nice area but all hotels and corporations...no restuarants or shopping near the hotel. Fabulous hotel. Close enough to park at nearby subway lot and not have to drive in the city. Close to a few fast food and nicer restaurants. Terrific beds. Breakfast good and staff helpful.

Very clean rooms and excellent staff/service. The only complaint is the breakfast, which is a bit subpar in quality. Coffee is good and always on hand, however. I like that they keep microwave dinners on hand, which was convenient when we were short on time.

Had a great experience staying here, hotel was super clean and had modern decor/furniture. Felt like the place has been upgraded in the recent year or months, and overall, worthwhile for a quick stay (I was here on business). WARNING: there are 2 Hampton Inns by the airport. I hopped on the wrong shuttle that took me to the one closer to the airport. […] Fortunately, the concierge set it up for me to have the other hotel shuttle come and pick me up. This hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly. The FREE breakfast buffet was very nice with lots of choices and extremely well maintained. If I ever visit Toronto again I will stay here for sure. Parking was FREE which is nice, since some hotels charge. I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. The area […] is near the airport in a somewhat industrial/business area but that's no problem. It was about a 15 mile drive to downtown Toronto but with the money I saved on the hotel that was not a problem at all! My team and my family were absolutely thrilled with the service of all staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the breakfasts. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our group- parents and children. This hotel is awesome! Really fun Irish Pub within walking distance- great food and we lucked out with a fantastic band that night.

What an awesome experience! We stayed this past weekend for the Ontario Basketball Championships with my daughters team. From the moment we walked in until we left, we had an outstanding experience on all levels. Our family members are experienced in the "hotel tournament stays" category for many sports. We have had numerous "out of town stays" over […] the years with various teams. We were truly amazed at how accomodating the hotel and its staff were for our team. From making sure we were placed together, to accomodating our "late night after game meetings" as a group. This is the first hotel that actually understood the concept of a group booking. We were not hasseled and the staff went out of their way to make sure we could be social together as a team without disturbing other guests. They were also kind enough to allow our girls the opportunity to spend a "little extra time" in the pool after our late night game. The breakfast was outstanding and had something for everybody, even the pickiest eaters!. Accomodations were spotless and extremely comfortable! Front desk staff was excellent in providing directions etc.. to local businesses when needed. The service was excellent. I arrived at 8 am from Los Angeles on the red eye. Even though check in was at 3 pm and they were sold out the night before, they were able to check me in by 9 am at no additonal charge. Hotel and rooms were as good as new. "Excellent location at affordable rates"
When we arrived at the Hampton Inn by Toronto Airport Corporate Center we were greeted by a front desk clerk who was friendly and funny. Our room keys were already set aside for us when we got there. There was no one available to help us with our luggage but that was okay. We had access to one of the trolleys and were able to bring everything up to […] our room in one trip. The hotel, from the front lobby to the lounge, the elevators, hallways and especially our room were beautiful! Eveything was neat, clean, shiny and relatively new. The complimentary breakfast buffet was tasty and filling. There was something for everyone and the staff in charge of the lounge and dining room were fabulous. Everyone in that building was so professional. Just make sure when you leave your tip for housekeeping that the person who is actually going to clean your room gets the tip. Also, the room that we stayed in did not have a microwave, but there are rooms that do have them. Those come in handy when you have young children. Your room will come equipped with a mini-refridgerator. The hotel also has a pool and weight room, and parking is abundant. Even after breakfast has been served you can be sure to find the carafes filled with hot coffee in the lounge throught out the day. Driving to downtown Toronto is about a 15-30 minute adventure depending to what part of the city you are visiting, but from the location of the hotel you can pretty much get anywere in metro Toronto without getting on the expressway. "A real bargain."
We have stayed at this Hampton twice while visiting family in Toronto and would recommend it without hesitation. It is close to Pearson airport and not far from our family. Otherwise it is not close to downtown Toronto and may not be convenient to tourism.

My husband and I occupied 2 rooms with our grandchildren and appreciated the 24 hours coffee, tea, fruit and cookie service. The breakfast area was pleasant, and the children were happy with all their choices. The staff was welcoming and efficient. "Great Stay for Business in Toronto"
Hotel staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating. Continental breakfast had a great selection. Hotel is fairly new, room was in great condition and very clean.
Staff were all super friendly and totally accomadating in every aspect from checking in to special request and scheduling of the shutter. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Overall experience was wonderful and have already booked a room for next business trip.

We found the shuttle bus easily and were taken to hotel straight away. Staff were friendly and helpful, booking us on the morning shuttle and explaining where to find an ATM. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate.
