This is by far one of the cleanest, most comfortable stays I have had in a while! Many times I stay in 5 star hotels, but most are not as comfortable,quiet and spacious as this one. The hotel offers a small meal at the dinner hour a few days a week and a very nice breakfast in the morning. We opted for dinner at the pizza place down the street. They […] had an interesting menu of pizza, subs and salads. There was also a grocery store nearby and a mexican restaurant as well as a few fast food restaurants that I noted. The beds at this hotel are comfy and the suite we had was a corner suite which was roomy andn very quiet. The the staff were friendly and helpful. I hope they keep up the good work! Staff was pleasant and helpful. The free breakfast was yummy (per my kids, I was sleeping..) and the location wasn't stuck around 50 other hotels, which is so nice. The beds were very comfortable, and the shpwer was hot. The lobby had beautiful decor, and the grounds were clean too. Free wifi is nice too. I am handicapped. When I booked the room, I requested an accessable room with a roll in shower, and a late arrival. I was guaranteed I would get this room. I paid upfront for the room. I called the hotel directly a few days before my arrival. I spoke to a woman at the desk. I repeated my need for an accessable room with a roll in shower and a late arrival. […] I was guaranteed this room. I was guaranteed my room would not be given to anyone else. We arrived at about 7:30 PM. My husband checked us in and repeated my need for an accessable room for someone who could not walk. When we got into the room, the toilet was not for a handicapped person. The shower was not a roll in shower. My husband went down to the desk and found out they had given our room away and had put us in a room for the hearing impaired. Then they had us move, without any help, to a room at the other end of the building. The room had a bathtub with a seat. This room was not what I booked, and the woman at the front desk was very rude to us. She claimed to have given us an accessable room, and it didn't matter that it was for the wrong handicap. She did not feel that was the fault of the staff at the hotel. Read more

Clearly no one wiped it off - it was not one or two crumbs either - ran my hand across it GROSS. MADE YOU WONDER HOW WELL THE REST OF THE ROOM WAS CLEANED ?? 2. We had ordered a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. When we arrived at the hotel, we received a king size bed and no suite and a pull out sofa. We were trying to accomodate 5 people from different families and this became an awkward situation. They told us they didn't have any roll-a-way beds or any other accomodations.
