This hotel is fairly newly built, hence everything should be in perfect condition. However, a lot of things have been saved on, which makes the details of the hotel fall short. We had a great time - my husband and I had a couple of days off in Thessaloniki and booked into this hotel for four nights. The hotel is fantastic - great amenities, lovely room, excellent service. The location isn't fantastic - it is right in the middle of what seems to be the red light district! It didn't really bother us though (after the initial […] surprise!) - we caught the free shuttle bus into the city every day and home again. The shuttle is fantastic and even seemed to be dropping people off at various other locations they wanted to go to, which I really thought was 'going the extra mile'. The only random thing - our bathroom didn't have a shower, only a bath. Then when we checked, you have the option of a room with a bath or a room with a shower. This would be the only thing that isn't great about this hotel. Great staff, excellent pool & roof bar/terrace, great gym & steam room. Overall - really loved it! Read more

I realise this hotel is in a redevelopement area, but there is little developement going on. The neighbourhood was very unattractive;there are many derelict buildings covered in graffiti along the road/old docks.You could not have a pleasant stroll outside, it did not feel safe, the pavements were uneven and overgrown with shrubs and old rail tracks(watch […] out when you drive over them) to what was the industrial area opposite the hotel (so no decent view). I doubt there will be much improvement, apart from the numerous garages, due to the current economic situation, which is a shame. You NEED a car/taxi to take you to the better areas for tavernas/bars/shopping. The car park is €15 per day. The hotel itself is acceptable, although the indoor pool was small; really would be cramped if more than 5 people tried to swim in it,a small jacquzzi next to this with 4 daybeds,The rooftop pool was of a similar size. I booked a dble room, but was given a twn (not too much of an issue). The rain shower was very pleasant, there was plenty of storage space, a decent tv, desk area, good air con, spotless. The twin rm with extra bed was a little cramped, but again clean. This room had a large bath & hand held shower. Both rooms had a spacious balcony. I did not have the overpriced b/fast @ €23-27 p/person, nor the expensive room service. Shame our stay was marred by the noisy occupants opposite that kept their doors open & let their kids run about, whilst shouting on their mobiles :-( Read more

Ein sehr interessantes und modernes Hotel der oberen Klasse. Nicht nur die Architektur ist spektakulär sondern auch die ausgestellten Kunstgegenstände. Vielleicht hat das Frühstücksbüffet zu wenig Auswahl anzubieten und könnte das Angebot erweitern. Toll ist auch der Transfer Service in die Stadt und zum Flughafen.

Das Hotel ist typisch für Griechenland derzeit, sehr hübsche aber vermutlich ungelernte Rezeptionistinnen, tolles 5* Design Hotel seit erst 3 Jahren in Betrieb und in Teilbereichen schon Stark renovierungsbedürftig. Beispiele ? > gern: Zimmer Nicht staubgewischt, Haare im Gully der vorherigen Nutzer, Guzzi Design Badamaturen, locker nicht eingefugt, […] Siegel Defekt , Klobrille Defekt da Auflagepunkte weggebrochen. Was tolles gebaut und dann keine fachkundige Wartung mehr.... Schade ums Hotel. Zum Wein der sehr lecker war, kein Flaschenöffner, keine sauberen Gläser, kein Blümchen am Tisch oder im Bad, schade eigentlich ...Am Dachpool Super Aussicht, aber völlig überforderte Servicekräfte, Bestellungen teilweise 3x bestellt, aber wirklich sonst tolles Hotel. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Dachterrase mit Pool und Bar ist perfekt. Der Sercice ist unschlagbar und mit dem Taxi ist man in wenigen Minuten im Centrum. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Standort, Hafen, Industrie, verfallene Häuser komische Gegend.

Vi bodde 4 netter på The Met. Oppholdet var veldig hyggelig. Vi ble tatt vel imot av personalet på hotellet. Rommene var meget bra med store gode senger, balkong og stort bad. Hotellet har ikke den beste beliggenheten, men gratis hotellbuss tar en inn til sentrum på under 5 minutter. Den går flere ganger om dagen. Ein super Service v on A-Z. Super Ambiente in der Lobby, Restaurant, Bar und Room. Das Zimmer war ganz toll allerdings sollten sich Urlauber über 1,75m Körpergröße ein Zimmer mit Dusche nehmen. Die Brause reicht sonst nicht zum Haarewaschen. Die Lage ist nicht optimal. Man kann zwar ins Zentrum laufen, der Weg führt aber an einer stark befahrenen Straße […] entlang. Insbesondere Abends sollte man dringend ein Taxi nehmen. Tagsüber fährt man sehr bequem mit dem hochmodernen und neuen Shuttlebus bis ins Zentrum. Der Pool sowohl auf dem Dach als auch im Wellnesbereich sind top gepflegt. Absolut empfehlenswert dort ein wenig mehr Zeit ein zu planen. Viel Spaß! Read more
