    I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service; front desk help was very friendly and accomodating; I opted to stay a second night and asked to be placed closer to my friends & they put right across the hall. The beds were very comfortable and I like that they use clean duvet covers for every guest.     The only problem that I ran across was that the keys for my room were programed to deactivate a day early. But that problem was quickly resolved by the front desk. The cleaning staff let me into my room because I was in a bit of a hurry to get ready for my brother's wedding, and after getting ready but before leaving for the wedding the keys were reprogrammed. […] All in all it was a very pleasant stay and the staff were a delight.     First, let me say that the hotel was great overall. The only beef I have is about the closets. There is a bar of wood hanging down from the shelf of the closet that makes it almost impossible to hang clothes on the bar in in the closet. This is particularly annoying when you have to wear suits to work each day. It's hard to wrestle them off the bar […] without dropping them off the floor.     This was one of the better motels I have stayed in. The whole staff were exceptionally polite & helpful with all of our questions {where to eat & how to get there,etc.} They even extended the pool hours for us.
