The staff were extremely diligent in making our stay comfortable and memorable. All were courteous and the entire hotel was clean and with a simple elegance that made us quite comfortable. All of our needs and expectations were met with grace and courtesy. We thank all for a pleasant stay.

The stay at the Hilton Gardens Inn was very pleasurable. Checkin was a breeze. Simply showed up, signed in and within 5 minutes I was in my room. Services at the hotel were great and for the price I paid it was a steal!

Friendly Staff. Didn't like the $10.00 Charge for Breakfast.

The hotel was very nice and clean and bed was comfortable. We would have liked that breakfast was included, but there was a nice diner right across the street.

I checked in late after a long drive to learn my bed was given away. That was ok, but the woman who checked me in didn't take any time to let me know about amenities. So by the time I came down for coffee and breakfast, it was being cleaned up. Nothing egregious, but I generally expect and receive more from my Hilton stays.

We got good rates. Our rooms were clean, properly stocked, and well maintained. We only wish the A/C unit wasn't so noisy. Pool was crowded, so we did not avail ourselves. They offered a solid breakfast buffet, but time did not allow us to linger. Less than a quarter-mile from I-78 made this an excellent choice for a convenient stop-over. Even though the air conditioner did not work in our room, the staff came withing 5 minutes to rectify the problem. We were moved to a new room withing 15 minutes. The hotel was impeccably clean. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I stayed in this hotel when I came into town for a bridal shower and it was much nicer than I expected. For a reasonable price, I stayed in the adult evolution room, which is far less seedy than it sounds. The room had a king size bed, a table to work at, and plenty of space to move around, hang up clothes, etc. There was a large flat screen TV with […] plenty of channels. Across the hall from my room was the gym: two treadmills, an elliptical, an awesome weight lifting machine, some kettle balls, and a large ball. It was quiet and private and I was able to work out for an hour alone! The next morning I was able to have an egg white omelet and oatmeal at the hotel's breakfast cafe while checking my email. Close to all area attractions, very nice hotel second time we stayed there, close to good dining.

Stayed here during a parents weekend. Hotel just okay. Called ahead to inquire about their breakfast, which met my needs, but they forgot to mention the $9.95 per person additional charge. They had it set up so that you had to really try to get non pay TV/Movies. Once you were there, you were in for a sad surprise. Not one regular network station (ABC, CBS, NBC), and although the guide claimed that they had CNN, if you clicked on that station, you got FOX.

I STAYED HERE FOR HALLOWEEN AND I HAD SUCH A GREAT TIME. THE STAFF WAS SO FRIENDLY AND I HAD EVERYTHING THAT I NEED AT MY REACH. WOULD GREATLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. People and children roaming the halls all hours of the night. Tried calling front desk to report... no answer, no response. Continental breakfast was coffee, wheat bread or an English muffin..... Seriously for 30% more than surrounding hotels???? We were on a trip with our marching band to visit and compete in the Allentown area. This hotel is in a bit of a commercial area and there were lots of large trucks around. But, it was clean and comfortable and met the needs of our stay.

Everything was fine except lacked hot water in the morning, so made the shower quick. I mentioned it at checkout, clerk acted like she would get someone on it. Ate dinner at the Italian restaurant across the parking lot on the desk clerk's recommendation, turned out to be an excellent choice. Very nice- clean- linens are always fresh and replaced ( even the bedspreads)- nice food options for breakfast.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and spa. The spa was very relaxing after a day of travel and I slept like a baby. The breakfast area was too small, but the made to order breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall my stay was very enjoyable. Thanks.

I, my wife and 3 young sons planned a Dorney Park visit for the Labor Day Weekend . We booked here for 2 nights via Hotels.com. It turned out to be the best/cleanest/cheapest Hotel in Allentown West. We arrived at 1:20PM but the receptionist, Sarah, courteously offered us to swim and enjoy Hotel's Amenities while waiting for our room. We checked in […] at 2:30PM. The room was cleaned and well kept. There were fridge/microwave. There were "working" ice machines on every floor. I really enjoy staying at the Hilton Garden Inn - great service, confortable beds, complimentary breakfast. The only issue I have is that Allentown has two of them - and they are named almost exactly the same - one is called the Hilton Garden Inn in Allentown and the other is the Hilton Garden Inn in Allentown West. I needed to pick up my son from camp in the area and was very happy with this hotel. It was clean & new looking & the staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on our return from NY State. The hotel was great and the pool was fabulous for the kids...located near restaurants (of which one was in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel). The only suggestion I have is that the sign off of the highway should have been bigger - we missed it and had to turn around. This is a great hotel! My college buddy got married in kutztown and i book this hotel they were very nice and helped us in every way. We got their about 9:30 and went to our room and the cleaning lady happened to clog the toilet went back downstairs and she gave us another room if=t was very clean and very very very nice. im def going to stay here when […] i go back to vist him. This hotel is very nice along with the staff and the quality of the room. The surrounding restaurants are all you need to just relax and enjoy your stay. The pool and spa were lovely, so have to give it a shot.

While this hotel could use a little TLC (especially for a Clarion) it was very clean and the staff was super friendly. We got a package deal that was amazing! Dinner (anything off the menu except the nightly specials) for two, breakfast the next day and the room. They had a comedy club going that night, and being guests we got a discount off admission […] as well. What a deal!!! Our party had rented 3 rooms overnight as myself and 2 other people were taking part in the toughmudder event at Bear Creek Mountain. with well over 10,000 people in town just for the event in this small towns off season, the hotels were packed!!! Will definately stay there again! Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Easy on and off the interstate. Restaurants and gas station right next door. We were very impressed.

The room and staff were both superb. However, the $9.95 breakfast had rubbery eggs...weird and extremely slow service. There were only three tables in the dining room at the time.

The usual Hilton standards. Pleasant decor, standard roomy space, amenities, etc. Just fine. But the bathroom had a very strong and unpleasant sour water smell. Not a dirty bathroom smell, but a just cleaned and not adequately dried sour smell that permeated the room. Too bad - good place otherwise.

An extremely comfortable hotel. It was super clean, the staff was warm and always had a smile. The beds were comfortable. Can't say enough about this hotel. Great place to stay with the kids when going to Dorney park. Highly recommended. Worth every penny...

We really liked this hotel. It was close to lots of restaurants and only 10 minutes to Dorney Park. The room was large and comfortable. And we loved the complimentary cookies and coffee all day.
